y name is Muhammad Saad. I am Pakistani National. I worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers

Pakistan and later joined Indian consultancy firm Tech Mahindra as Senior Oracle EPM Consultant for
consultancy project work for Abu Dhabi Ports in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

I resigned from the job for MBA admission offer from American University in Dubai and was apprehended by
the local police on 13 – 03 – 2019 completely unaware of the circumstances surrounding the apprehension.
while I was traveling from Abu Dhabi to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on legit Visit Visa stamped on 13 – 03 – 2019 .

I was neither shown any arrest warrant nor was I informed about my charge regarding arbitrary arrest. I was
detained overnight in a nearby police station prison on border area, stripped off all the communication modes
and denied any consular or counsel access. I was then transferred to a remote ABU DHABI MADINAT ZAYED
PRISONER FACILITY on next day where I was kept in detention for 7 days without any charge leveled &
intimated to me. I was recurrently psychologically and sexually harassed in the facility by the police officers
forcing to perform the sexual acts and attempting to rape me. I was then transferred to the ABU DHABI AL AL
SHAHAMA PRISONER FACILITY on 20 – 03 - 2019 where I was detained for about 13 days. I was ferociously and
brutally tortured by the police officers I was sexually abused by the police officers burgeoning in the Male
Toiletries. I was chained and shackled My clothes were teared by the police officers and I was molested and
abused multiple times. I got frail and deeply sick and I was eventually put on the deportation list and deported
back on 03 - 04 - 2019 to Pakistan. I was not and allowed to report the offence to the UAE authorities and the
local police was complicit in crimes committed against me.

As soon as I arrived in Pakistan I reached out for detailed medical examination whereby several medical tests
and examination were carried out and it revealed in the reports that due to the physical torture, psychological
and sexual harassment and abuse I sustain medical disability of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), nerve
damage and neurological disorders. I lost prestigious academic and professional opportunities and offers in
GCC including MBA admission offer from American University in Dubai and my public and professional profile,
outlook and reputation badly impacted.

I reported the orchestrated crimes inhuman degrading maltreatment and life disrupting & devastating
victimization to the Pakistani authorities to pursue the case on my behalf with U.A.E authorities but no relief or
2
redress is provided on my application and complaint lodged. The matter is deliberately delayed evaded &
blocked complicity while the international media and United Nations constantly raise, highlight and report on
high profile case.

I cite and provide references, corroboration and substantiated factual position.
