RESELLER’s PROGRAM

1. BENEFITS :

a. Discounts

a.i. You will be given discount on all your purchases, provided that you have ordered
your first 6 shirts in one transaction.

a.ii. Discount is already applicable on your first 6 pcs shirt order.

a.iii. 50 php discount on regular items’ price is applicable on your first 200 shirts.

a.iv. An Increment of 5 php discount per shirt will be given for every 200 successful
accumulated shirt orders until the total discount for every shirt is 70php. Which
means the discount for the 201th shirt until 400th shirt is 55php, 401st shirt until
600th shirt is 60 php, 601st until 800th shirt is 65php, 801st and beyond shirt orders
is 70 php. The increasing discount for shirts is only applicable for items with
prices that start from 250php. Fixed 50 php discount is applicable for items with
prices below 250php. *This will still be updated for new items to be offered by
the company.

a.v. Free shipping will be provided if it will be sent directly to you and with a
minimum of 6 shirt orders

a.vi. You will be given 150php for every retailer you recruit provided that they had
their first successful 6 pcs shirt order.

a.vii. We can also do drop shipping. We can ship the ordered goods directly to your
customers, unfortunately, the shipping fee for this is not free.

b. Use of Products

b.i. You will be given albums containing pictures of items being offered by Patches
by Shiloah that you can post on your site or on your account

b.ii. New pictures will be sent almost every week for new designs/items available.
You will not pay anything for this.

b.iii. You will be sent products catalogue in pdf format every 4 months. To avail this, a
message will be sent to you by the official Patches by Shiloah Email address. You
just need to reply with a yes so that you can receive this.
 c. Updates

c.i. We will be sending you via email updates on other benefits to be received by our
reseller.

2. Your duties

a. Your duty would include posting the pictures to be sent to you to your site or your
facebook account.

b. It will depend you on how you will promote the products. The more orders you have the
higher income you can get.

c. You will be taking orders from your customers and their payment.

d. You will be placing their orders to the company and pay in their behalf.

e. If the products will be shipped to you, it will be your duty to ship the products directly to
your customer.

f. You will be answering your customer’s questions regarding the product. If your
customers have questions regarding the product which is beyond your knowledge, you
can inquire to us directly thru YM.

3. We will not be asking you any fees for you to join. All you need to do is to complete your first 6
pcs shirt order
