The project is aimed to densify the count of workstations within the existing leased floor plate. Planning and 
construction activity shall be carried out in 3 phases in a way that there is minimal downtime and least 
impact to Rockwell Automation’s business operations during regular business hours. 

 Project Duration – 2 months per phase inclusive of procurement and onboarding vendors 
 Project execution hours – Weekends and after business hours

Project Execution is proposed in the following phase sequence 

1. Phase 1 – 2nd Floor South Wing 
 
a. Existing Workstation (8.5 ft x 6 ft) – 70 Nos 
b. Proposed Workstations (5ft x 6ft x 5ft H) – 104 Nos 
c. Hot desks to be provisioned to maximize utilization of dead space 
d. Cabins – NA 
 
2. Phase 2 – 2nd Floor North Wing 
 
a. Existing Workstation (8.5 ft x 6 ft) – 73 Nos 
b. Proposed Workstations (5ft x 6ft x 5ft H) – 104 Nos 
c. Hot desks to be provisioned to maximize utilization of dead space 
d. Cabins – NA

Electrical Upgradation  
 
Required (including new Phase Segregated DB, XLPE 2XWY cables as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988) 
 
1. Phase 1 ‐ 2nd Floor South Wing 
 
 Workstations 
a. 8 UPS power sockets (2 Sockets + 1 Switch – Anchor Roma Plus Make) x 4 installed on 
the raceway above the table top 
b. 3C X 4 sq. mm FRLS cables to be laid for all workstations (4 w/s in a single circuit) 
c. Common Point Ground to be installed in firmware team workstations 
 
 
2. Phase 2 ‐ 2nd Floor North Wing 
 
 Workstations 
a. 4 UPS power sockets (2 Sockets + 1 Switch – Anchor Roma Plus Make) x 2 installed on 
the raceway above the table top.  
b. 3C X 4 sq. mm FRLS cables to be laid for all workstations (4 w/s in a single circuit) 
 
 
3. Phase 3 – 4th Floor South Wing 
 
a. 4 UPS power sockets (2 Sockets + 1 Switch – Anchor Roma Plus Make) x 2 installed on 
the raceway above the table top.  
b. 3C X 4 sq. mm FRLS cables to be laid for all workstations (4 w/s in a single circuit) 
 
 Hot Desks ‐ Power provision to be given on the facia of the nearest modular workstation in a 
user friendly manner as per placement plan given by architect. 
 
 
Passive IT Upgradation 
 
To be done appropriately to achieve data given in design intent. Existing passive cabling infrastructure to be 
reused after testing. New cables to be laid for additional workstations and additionally only for replacing 
damaged infrastructure. 
 
4. Phase 1 ‐ 2nd Floor South Wing 
 
 Workstations ‐ 4 data ports (2 Local & 2 Secured of which 2 shall be standby) installed on the 
raceway below the table top. All faulty data cables shall be identified and replaced as per 
design requirement.

5. Phase 2 ‐ 2nd Floor North Wing 
 
 Workstations ‐ 4 data ports (2 Local & 2 SDE of which 2 shall be standby) installed on the 
raceway below the table top. All faulty data cables shall be identified and replaced as per 
design requirement. 
 
6. Phase 3 – 4th Floor South Wing 
 
 Workstations ‐ 2 data ports (2 Local of which 1 shall be redundant) installed on the raceway 
below the table top. All faulty data cables shall be identified and replaced as per design 
requirement. 
 
 Hot Desks ‐ Provision to be given on the facia of the nearest modular workstation in a user friendly 
manner as per placement plan given by architect.
