MEET THE TEAM
KARTHIK JAYAKUMAR

Karthik completed his bachelor’s degree in law at the School of

Excellence in Law, Chennai, in 2014. He enrolled at the Bar
Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry in 2014. Karthik has
worked at HSB Partners, Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A
Shroff, Assentio Legal, and in the Law offices of Advocate V.S.
Jayakumar. Karthik has extensive experience in corporate
transactional matters including M&A, legal advisory for start-
ups, private equity, joint ventures, and other advisory services.
He also advises clients on various foreign exchange and
securities law related matters.

ADITHYA SURESH

Adithya completed his bachelor’s degree in law at the School of

Excellence in Law in 2016. He enrolled at the Bar Council of
Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry in 2016. He has worked at HSB
Partners, Ojas Partners, and L&T. Adithya has extensive
experience in civil and corporate litigation and appears on the
original side of the High Court of Madras. He appears in various
arbitration matters and advises on contractual and intellectual
property related areas. He has experience handling matters in
relation to oppression and mismanagement, and insolvency and
bankruptcy, among others.
