Di-Vine Cellars is the Maldives’ pre-eminent fine wine importer and supplier, servicing the hotels and resorts in the
archipelago from offices in the capital, Malé.

SKILLS REQUIRMENT:
 International wine knowledge and relevant certification
 WSET Level 3/4 preferred
 Training/Teaching experience within the restaurant trade
 Sommelier experience in well-respected establishments
 Excellent administrative and communication skill
 WSET accreditation and any equivalent wine/spirit/sake accreditation.
 Certified specialist of wine is preferable.

 Sending Reminders to Customers
 Posting Custom Duty invoices
 Reconciliation of Custom Duty Account
Post: – Wine Sommelier Vacancy - 3 - Any Nationality Job Location: Male, Maldives
•Previous experience in similar position.
•Good wine knowledge and understanding of wine service
•Qualification or courses completed in related field
•Fluent in written and spoken English
•Passionate and committed
•Flexible and able to work long hours

Post: – Food & Beverage Manager Vacancy - 2 - Any Nationality Job Location: Male, Maldives

 Promote incremental sales revenue in the F&B department

 Prepare yearly F&B operating and CAPEX budgets
 Monitor F&B budgets and costs as per company policy
 Control inventories of Food and Beverage commodities, small equipment and other consumables
 Ensure adequate yield and profitability of F&B operations
 Continuously introduce new concepts and ideas to develop the F&B services
 Invest time and effort in his own development in order to be proactive and update in the latest
developments in the field of F&B services and standards
 Develop and implement an effective benchmarking system for the continuous improvement of the F&B
operations
 Must have Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management
 At least 10 years' experience in a similar position in a Luxury Resort
 Excellent communication skills - English & French
 Pleasant and outgoing personality
 Good leadership skills - able to manage large number of employees
 Good knowledge of IT, use of Micros, Web Prolific and other systems

Post: – Operations Assistant Vacancy - 1 - Any Nationality Job Location: Male, Maldives

 Control manpower and expenditures effectively with budget constraints.

 Develop and train current/existing team members to ensure consistency across food and beverage
operation
 Standards manage the restaurants and ensure a high level of service is achieved at all times
 Be the face of the operation and lead from the front
 Be flexible with the demands of the business and work logically to cover busy periods
 Have experience running a multi outlet site at a 4 or 5 star standard
 WSET level 2 is preferred & Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate is must require.
 Experience from a high caliber, fine dining restaurant & bar back ground with exposure to training staff and
maintaining high standards.
