As per our discussion, this is the quotation of Housekeeping Services for

8hr duties at your location.

Vira Property Solutions is a company, has promoted in Pune. Our company

is specialized to provide complete risk mitigating, public sector
organizations, research institutions and other high value clients. The
company has its own branch at Pune. We have the capability to undertake
assignments anywhere in Pune.
We specialize in Facility Management Services to major
corporations, IT parks/companies, industrial and commercial customers.
The company services also include Residential manned guarding,
Housekeeping, Event Security Management. We have a team of a
motivated uniformed trained security officers and security executives who
are an asset to our organization.
Along with the industrial and commercial service, we also specialize
in residential service to bungalows, residential complex and township i.e.
housekeeping, Security, Landscaping, etc. The team provided for the
residential are specially trained in vendor management, domestic servants
and special care for senior citizens.

We undertake the following functions:

MONTHLY RATES AND BILLING: Vira Property Solutions shall render

its professional guarding services to the client as per agreed monthly
rates & billing including service tax.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Contract shall be in force for a minimum period

of one calendar year with effect from date of commencement.

DUTY HOURS: The daily tenure of the guarding personal will be either
eight hours or twelve hours duration as per discussion and
recommendation of client.

PAID HOLIDAYS: As per statutory rules, we will charge the client on a

pro-rata basis for the duties performed by our guarding personal during
four national holidays i.e. Republic Day, Labor Day, Independence Day,
and Gandhi Jayanti.

DEDUCTIONS: The client will not deduct any amount from our monthly
invoice except TDS.

1 Service Tax will be extra as per Government norms.
