I began my quest to find the most effective penis enlargement methods two years ago
after reading an old African manuscript describing intriguing massages and breathing

In the 1970’s the first medical study into penis enlargement exercises by Dr. Brain

Exercises to increase your penis girth
Apply lubrication to your partly erect or erect penis.
With the palm of your hand facing down and applying pressure to
the side tube with your thumb, pull outward from the base to the
head as shown in this illustration from underneath.
Switch hands and rub the other side tube. Repeat until you feel a
good swelling.
Practise the three stages until you can complete the exercise
smoothly as one continuous action. Repeat three times every day.
1. Grab the head of your erect penis with the palm of your hand
and push it down as far as it can go while noticing the internal
feelings and sensations.
3 (first two times). Take a deep breath. Pause 1 second. Then pull
in the stomach muscles and make a “haaaaaa” whisper sound
while slowly releasing your breath from your mouth.
3 (third time). As before but on the final repetition resist the effort only slightly with
your hand and attempt to lift the penis as high as possible by contracting the PC muscle
in one continuous effort.

Before the advent of modern traction devices, pumps were used as a way to induce an
