This platform is solely for buying and selling IT Enterprise Infrastructure products 

IT Enterprise Infrastructure products - Information technology infrastructure is de ned broadly as a set of information technology (IT) components that are the

Enterprise IT infrastructure typically refers to components required for the existence, operation and management of an enterprise IT environment. An IT infrastructure

The CONDITION of the listed products should be one of the following: 

New - The product is new and has never been used. It comes in its original packaging, which has not been opened. It comes with 
Refurbished - While your product is not new, it has been professionally restored to working order so that it appears new, and it comes with a warranty. The
product might or might not be in its original packaging. This is sometimes referred to as "remanufactured”.
Used - The product is a second-hand item. For example, the product has been used before, the original packaging has been opened, or the original packaging is
missing

Guidelines for product Listing 

Product Name should be relevant and strictly written in Sentence Case. Do not use UPPERCASE or lowercase or Toggle case.

Description should talk about features

        No keyword spamming in the description

        Any sort of Hyperlinks should not be added in the description

                Speci cation of product (attributes) should be clearly mentioned

        Note: No contact details of seller should be provided*

Meta Tag Title should be same as Product 

Example: 

Add data related to the product

    Model: Enter the model name, number or both

    Condition: Select the condition of the product, mention if its New, Refurbished or Used  as per the de nitions above

Please Note: UPC/EAN is mandatory  for the New products 

    Dispatch: Enter the minimum days required to dispatch (handling days) the product. In case of same day, Enter 0. 

Dispatch is a collective term used for testing, packing and courier pick up or shipping though time required for shipping (transit period) does not count in
dispatch.   

    Price: Enter the genuine price of the product. The product price should be inclusive of state and country tax or any other tax applicable.   

    Quantity: Mention the units (quantity) of the product in your inventory

    Image: Upload a High resolution 500*500 image of the product in .jpeg/ .png/ .jpg format 

The image should be relevant and of the product. Images with watermarks will be blocked. No offensive, obscene or disturbing pictures should be uploaded. 

    Dimensions: Mention the length, breadth and height of the product inclusive of packing

    Length class: Mention the International System of Units (SI units) used to measure the dimensions example centimeters, inches, millimeters, etc.

    Weight: Mention the weight of the product

    Weight class: Mention the International System of Units (SI units) used to measure the weight example kilograms, labs, etc.

Categories: Select the appropriate category of the product from the dropdown 

Related Products: Enter the similar or compatible products available in your inventory 

Specifying attributes

        On selecting the category, the attributes required will be populated. Fill the correct values for the elds  

Mentions the discounts ( if any )

Adding additional images ( if any )

                 Click on the   icon to add additional images if any

                 All the images should be of High Resolution and 500*500 in .jpeg, .jpg or .png format 

                 Click on the save icon   on the right side of the screen to Save the product

Manage orders
Navigate to Order History to manage orders

Click on the view icon against the order to manage the particular order 
The order details will be shown

Select the product which you want to manage from the list
Change the order status to shipped and ll the Tracking ID of the consignment once the item has been dispatched 

Once the item has been delivered, change the status to complete by selecting complete from drop down and click submit  

Click on submit button to the save the changes

Please follow the Packaging and labelling regulation in the United States 

Packaging

The product must be packed in strong, sealed, moisture-absorbing containers

The product’s weight should be evenly distributed
Adequate protection and bracing should be provided inside the container
Use oceangoing containers or pallets for packing to ensure friendly handling
Languages Permitted on Packaging and Labelling

        English is required. Other languages are optional.

Unit of Measurement

        Metric units of measurement and weight.

Mark of Origin "Made In" It is mandatory.

        Labelling Requirements

                All imported products must be indelibly labelled with its country of origin. Depending on the item, speci c requirements apply.

Speci c Regulations

                For certain foodstuffs (food, alcohol, drugs, medical devices) and textile products, electrical appliances and consumer goods.

Payments and Fees

    Fees – 10% of the gross total including the transaction or transfer fee of payment gateway. The fee is on the total value of the order  
    Pay-outs would be issued in 15 days for the rst cycle and onwards would be 7 days 
    The pay-outs would be issued to the Bank Account or PayPal Account

Case or Issue Resolution

1. Seller Resolution

Complaints and queries of the buyer will be received in inbox

The seller must reply to these messages through messenger panel within 24 hours
The case should be resolved within 14 days

2. Xfurbish Resolution

In case of a non-resolution within 14 days, Xfurbish will intervene and take the nal call
The nal decision will be noti ed by mail and on panel to buyer and seller
Xfurbish call would be agreed and consented by both seller and buyer. 
In case of a disagreement, seller can contact Xfurbish using Ask Xfurbish

In case of any disputes or queries, seller can contact Xfurbish using Ask Xfurbish

Prohibited and restricted items

Our policies are drafted in accordance with the country and state laws, internet laws, input from our customers and our own discretion, especially for dangerous or
sensitive items.

Replicas, counterfeit items, and unauthorized copies 

Sellers can't deny or reject any knowledge of or responsibility for the authenticity or legality their items 

You're not allowed to use other members' pictures or text 

And remember: Offering a prohibited, restricted, or potentially infringing item for free (rather than for sale) won't protect you from potential liability. This policy applies
to both sellers and buyers.

Listing practices
For a satisfying and fun experience on Xfurbish, we're helping sellers list their items in the most effective ways possible. Listing is easy, sellers have to:

Select a category that matches the item for sale.

Provide a clear, honest, and accurate description about the item.

Avoid keyword spamming and any personal/store contact details in the description.

Note: Your item description and terms of sale cannot be included in an image. They must be in the listing hosted on Xfurbish.

It's against our policies to do anything that manipulates the search or browse experience on Xfurbish. This applies to all parts of a listing, including the title, subtitle,
product details, description, pictures, links, and meta-tags. Action will be taken if you inappropriately divert buyers to a listing.

Pro le overview
We don't allow members to promote items that are not allowed to be sold on Xfurbish in their pro le or collections. We also don't allow members to include links
outside of Xfurbish. Unless otherwise stated, your pro le and any collections you create must comply with our policies. 

Make sure your pro le and collections follow these guidelines. If they don't, they may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits
of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

Listings Policy
Xfurbish is a place where people can buy and sell all sorts of IT enterprise items. All listings have to offer a physical item.
Make sure your listing follows our guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and your buying and selling privileges could be restricted.
Listing guidelines
Duplicate listings for a single item is not allowed
Listings with no items should not be listed
Avoid placeholder or blank listing
Test listings
Trades or want ads should not be added as products

Completing the sale

If your item sells, contact your buyer, accept their payment, and ship the item.
Examples of actions that are not allowed on eBay:
Interfering with another member's transaction. 
Accepting payment and sending an item that is signi cantly different from the item described in the item listing. 
Charging buyers an additional fee for their use of ordinary forms of payment including acceptance of checks, money orders, electronic transfers, or credit cards.

Reporting policy violations

If you see a listing that violates Xfurbish policies, please report it by clicking the Report item link in the listing, or by clicking the Report or Contact Us link located on
most of our help pages.

When a policy violation occurs, we email the seller and the buyer to let them know that the listing has been removed from Xfurbish.
