During any handling procedure, the following  coat the mechanic parts with a film of
personal protective equipment must be used: lubricating oil;
 cover with a nylon cloth any component
that might deteriorate because of strong
damp (for example parts that are scratched
or no longer protected by varnish).

3.3.1 SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

The whole area for the handling of the

machine must be identified and previously
inspected in order to find out any possible
dangerous situations.

Check the presence of electric lines

and/or fluid or gas pipelines at high
pressure and/or temperature.
If present, it is compulsory to intercept and
insulate these pipelines in compliance with
the local laws and directives, making sure
there is no energy retention.

3.4 MACHINE STORAGE (INACTIVITY

OF THE MACHINE)

In case of short-term inactivity of the

machine, no special procedures are needed
except for the routine maintenance.

In case of long-term inactivity it is necessary

to:

 carefully clean the machine, in particular

the pumping elements and the piping
system;
 empty the cooling circuit and the feed
pipings;

7.1 DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL

Assigned staff:

Electrical maintenance technician

Mechanical maintenance technician

Before starting any demolition and dismantling

operation on the machine, it is essential to:
 disconnect the machine from the power
supply line
 release the pressure in the pipes
 proceed with disassembling the various
components, dividing them depending on the
type of material
 send the parts to centers for selective waste
collection, in compliance with the Regulations
and Legislation in force.

All staff assigned to

dismantling and
disposal operations
must wear protective
equipment (helmet,
gloves and boots), in
compliance with the
provisions in force as
regards Safety at
Work.

In particular, it is important to
consider that lubricating oil and
hydraulic fluid together with their
filters must be disposed of as
“special waste” by sending them to
the special Centers for Collection
and Disposal. They cannot be
disposed of in the environment.

Misure di rumore
Produttore Tecniwell S.r.l.
Modello TWG-3
Prove eseguite da. Ing. Luigi Montanari in data 11-06-2003

parallelepipeda.
Dimensioni 690 x 50 x1700 mm
Pompa prod. Tecniwell numero massimo colpi al minuto =45

PROCEDURE DI MISURA
La misura è stata eseguita in accordo alle norme : ISO 11202:1995 , ISO 3746:1994 e dir. 2000/14/CE
Fonometro Larson Davis 2900B rispondente a I.E.C. 651 gr.1 e I.S.O. 804 gr.1

CONDIZIONI OPERATIVE
