Re: Anticipated Shutoff of Water Utility Service ~ Chapel Hill Mall
Dear Sir or Madam
This letter is being delivered in order to provide your business with advanced
notice of the potential imminent shutoff of water and sewer utility service to Chapel Hill
Mall due to non-payment. At present, the City of Akron anticipates that water service to
the mall property will be shut off after 9:30 a.m., on Friday, January 3, 2020. In the
‘event that water service is discontinued, you may no longer be permitted access to your
leased space per applicable building and safety code requirements. After shutoff has
occurred, the City wil make available future dates for tenants’ limited access to the mall
‘As a valued member of the Akron business community, should you require
business assistance, please contact the City of Akron Office of Integrated Development
at: (330) 375-2133, or via email at jpryseski@akronohio.gov.
Sincerely,
