First, I appreciate the opportunity for this performance review and the support and

direction my manager has given this year. I look forward to working with my manager
and at this company for many years to come.

I think I am performing at an outstanding level. I recognize that there are areas for improvement and
look forwarding to working on these

I would like to attend courses to help with my negotiation skills and with building a better
team environment in my department as well as becoming a better team member in the
company. I also hope to join in a Master’s degree

Job Knowledge
I have the knowledge and equipment needed to perform my job.

Quantity of Work (The quantity of work produced and the promptness with which it is
completed)
The quantity of work I produce is at the highest level. I consistently put in very long hours each
day and often work weekends and holidays.

Dependability
I can always be depended upon to perform my job and help others perform theirs.

Attendance and Punctuality


My punctuality daily and at meetings and attendance is good.

Teamwork (Willingness and cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, ability to


accept constructive criticism)
In my eagerness to complete work on a timely basis and well, I do an excellent job of creating
an effective team environment , I always treat people with respect and in return receives
respect

I adhere to company policy very well but feel that we managers need to have more input on what
our policies are

Attitude
I have excellent relationships with our clients and am working to have the same with my co-
workers and supervisor.

Goal and Objective Setting


One of Carol's best attributes is her capacity to set goals that are specific, measurable, and
achievable. Along with a specific time horizon for completion. She always sets her goals high
enough to stretch but not too high.
Kyle is very good at setting his goals and objectives with his employees and making sure they
are obtained in a timely manner.

Courtney is excellent at creating measurements for goals to make sure there is always progress
being made in achieving the specific goal.

Jennifer is a great asset to the firm with her unique ability to set both long and short term goals
that positively reflect her profit center.

Customer Satisfaction

James almost always goes above and beyond his normal job activities to please his customers.
James always demonstrates how excellent customer service has a lasting positive effect on
customer relationships and further sales.

Over the last three months, Jane's attention to customer satisfaction has not been acknowledged.
Jane works with customers until they are satisfied and often takes that extra step to help resolve any
issues that unhappy customers may have after the sale is made.

Tony is very skilled at overcoming any client objections.

Kevin is very empathetic when it comes to listening and makes each client feel important.

Matt is clearly a "people person" that always communicates to his clients how much he enjoys
working with them.

Resale service objectives:


1- Improve customer satisfaction by serving the needs of Emaar growing existing customers to sell
their units instead of external brokers.
2- Capture new interest from prospects generated to the resale service for new product launches.
3- Have better price control over the Emaar product.
4- Reduce leakage of customer data to brokers through making their transactions as part of an
official contractual process which enables them to have access to resale units listed by the
company.
5- Eliminate the black market of resale and convert it to formal official process.
6- Generate revenue from resale commissions and transfer fees from the rising market demand on
resale units.
7- Ensure new customers who purchase from existing are included in the Emaar customer care logs
and are identified officially as customers.
8- Obtain demand trends by analyzing interest in Emaar products that may not be available in new
releases.
