A pleasant afternoon to all of you.

We are the students from abm 4 antares and we are here


today to discuss our proposed business. The group decided to create a dessert that will surely
give their customers a nutritious way of eating their ice cream. The title of our feasibility study is
CocoBano Ice cream: a feasibility study. And here are the businesse's Vision, Mission, Goals and
Objectives.
The business vision is to create foods that is made as an alternative for foods that are unhealthy.
It also aims to be included as one of the leading food producers in the food industry that offers
products which are nutritious. Its mission on the other hand is to create products with healthy
ingredients at a reasonable price. They also should serve delicious products which are healthy
and could offer solutions to human healthcare needs.
Next is the business' goals and objectives.
• it aims to be a well known producers of healthy ice cream.
• to increase the demand of healthy products in the market.
• and lastly, to provide a safe and enjoyable plave for the consumption of food.
Moving on the feasibility criteria, the business is made feasible through following this criteria.
•a good location has been found.
•it also have an adequate financial resources.
•the demand to support this kind of business is sufficient.
•and lastly, there are available raw materials.
Here is the business' project timetable The partners decided to conduct this activities with a span
of 3 months to ensure a smooth operation: The business planning would take 2 weeks for the
first month. Next is the selection of location which takes the 3rd week of the first month and the
arrangement of capital for the 4th week. We all know that it takes quite time to process the
business application and registration so we placed in a span of 2 months. The renovation would
take 4 weeks in the second month, acquisition of materials and equipment, for a week in the
same month. Lastly, the activities for the last month of the preparation would be for the
installation of equipment, hiring and training of workers, the trial opening and the proper
operation of the business would be held at the the last week of the 3rd month.

Let’s now proceed to the product description. The business came up with the name “CocoBano”
which is a derived word from the two fruit which is the Guyabano and the Coconut for they think
that it is a catchy and unique name which could help customers remember the product. The
shorter and easier it is to spell the better.
The business competitors were also shown above.
The list of the indirect competitors are:
YumCha, 7/11, Ben’s Halo Halo, and Vertz Hub Food

While the only direct competitor id the Olvenia’s Ice cream, fot it offres the same products as the
enterprise.
