That I, Sheikh Latif S/o Jamal Uddin R/o House No.47, Roy House Railway Road Faisalabad.
with my five senses, free will agree and write that a piece of Plot of land Measuring (17-M)
measureable (45x60) located Chak Jhumra Tehsil and District Faisalabad transfer letter No. Dated
07-09-2016 Islamabad owned this property. I am fully entitled to sale the land. No order is
applicable. I with all of my five senses without any coercion, with my free will the aforementioned
land with all its rights and privileges of external and internal, residential and comfortableness
including rights of way and passage related to the said land have sold to Shoaib Amin S/o
Muhammad Amin R/o 214, RB House No.P-107, Mohalla Fareed Town Faisalabad Tehsil
Faisalabad City District Faisalabad in consideration of Rs.30,00,000 /- (Thirty Lacks Only) being
half Rs. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lacks Only) and total amount has been received from the Vendee
and no amount is payable by the Vendee. I have released the possession of the sold land and the
possession of land has been handed over to the Vendee and he is now exclusively owner in
possession of the said land. Now I and any of my successors will have no concern with the vended
land. The Vendee can utilize the land as he wishes. He can mortgage, Gift, Sale and transfer the
land the Vendor will have no objection. The Vendee has been assured that the land is previously
free from all encumbrances, bars for example, mortgage, sale, hiba, ownership, waqf, will,
guarantee, attachment, stay order, dowry, right of preemption, government or semi government
payments and every kind of litigations. If due to any contravention in the writing of this sale deed
the sold land gets out of the possession of the Vendee I would be liable to pay in lump sum the
amount of the plot with development charges as per market value which will be acceptable to the
Vendor. It will be the responsibility of the Vendor to clear all taxes and dues of the land. If there
happen any outstanding dues these will be payable by the Vendor. The Vendee will have right to
appear in the Revenue Department in the absence of Vendor and get the land transfer in his name.
The Vendee is exclusively owner in possession of the said land. He has all the ownership rights
including mortgage, sale, Gift, Transfer etc. He may use the land according to his will. The
expenditures or Registration and Verification of this Sale Deed have been borne by the Vendee.
The contents of the Sale Deed have been read, heard and taken as right in presence of witnesses. I
have signed and affixed my thumb impression for proof in future.
