W ITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR has agreed to sell unto and in favor of the
VENDEE, and the VENDEE is willing to buy from the VENDOR, its ownership,
rights and interest of the above-described land with an area of FIVE HUNDRED
THIRTY (530) SQUARE METERS with a total consideration of FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php500,000.00), Philippine Currency, under the terms
and conditions provided hereunder;

Now in consideration of the foregoing, they do hereby agree as follows:
1. That upon signing of this Deed of Sale, the VENDEE shall pay the full
amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 500,000.00).
3. That the Vendee undertakes to help the other heirs in their application
for the Estate Tax Amnesty program of the Government through the
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
4. That the realty taxes and special assessments on the subject property on
or before the date of sale, cost of operation of the documents of sale, and
notarial fees shall be for the account of the VENDEE, as well as those that
shall accrue after the date of this Deed of Sale, capital gains tax,
documentary stamps, costs of registration, transfer tax, and all
incidental expenses for the issuance of the new title.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, and
affix their signatures this ______ day of August 2019 in the City of Santiago,
Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, a Notary Public in and for the City of Baguio, this ____ day of
August 2019, personally appeared JAIME B. BAYYA and JAYSON R. BAYYA who
have satisfactorily proven to me their identity through their
