General power of attorney

This General power of attorney is made and executed at---------------- on this

GENERAL ATTORNEY .

WHEREAS the EXECUTANTS is the main allottee/applicant / Co-

allottee/applicant of flat No---------in the project named ------------------------- (Full
Add.) ___________hereinafter called the said property.

AND I the Executants do hereby empower my aforesaid General power of

attorney to do the following acts, deeds and things in my name and on my behalf
legally as under :

1. To appear in office of the developers on my behalf and book /purchase the

property in my name.
2. To give application(s), file objection(s), to give statement(s), to file affidavit(s)
,undertaking(s) ,indemnity bond(s) etc on my behalf.
3. To give no objection certificate for location change and unit change or project
change on my behalf.
4. To give the affidavit for cancellation and refund, for fund transfer, for adding
new main-applicant /co-applicant and give the affidavit for the removing main-
applicant /co-applicant on my behalf .
5. To sign the booking form, allotment letter, possession letter, Maintenance
agreement, M.O.U. and any agreement etc with the Developer regarding above
said property issue by the Developer .
6. To receive all relevant document ,allotment letter ,payment receipt and
deposit the amount etc on my behalf .
7. To mortgage above said property and take home loan and sign all related
documents .
8. To transfer /Resell the said property to any third party/person on my behalf.
9. To execute all settlements/compromises with regard to said property with
the developer on my behalf.
10. To be purchased the stamp paper in my name, sign all relevant documents
regarding sale deed/sublease deed and appear before the Registrar /Sub-
Registrar /Noida authority / Yamuna Expresses Way authority or any Authority.
And execute the Registry/ sale deed/sublease deed in my name, on my behalf
under his own signature. This power of attorney is revocable.
