Introduction For SSEM Drivers:

This stand down has been called after two our client contractor work

The traffic light signals although energized where not fully functioning
(flashing red on one road, flashing yellow on the other). Flashing red light
means the same as full red – STOP. Flashing yellow means approach with
caution, and cross only when safe to do so. Evidence suggests neither vehicle
slowed or stopped at the intersection. Stop signs were also posted at the
intersection!!!
