Message from Vice Chancellor
NMIMS today is recognized in India as one of the highly
credible education institution – an Institution that has
nurtured management professionals and technocrats since
1981. Its Management graduates today occupy senior
positions in a large number of national and multinational
companies.
The institute’s Mumbai campus was recently accredited by

NAAC (3rd cycle) at A+ level – a grade which NMIMS has
maintained since 1999 when it was first accredited by
NAAC.
Given the changing demographic profile of India, aspiration

of individuals to improve their standard of living and
perception of education as a route to achieving this
aspiration, the demand for education has exponentially
grown. To respond to this demand for quality education,
NMIMS decided to establish its campus in Indore. This
campus today offers PGDM program. Students to this
program have been selected from a large NMAT pool which
comprised of almost 70,000 candidates last year. This
program equips students with the managerial skills that are
required to succeed and also develop their entrepreneurial
capabilities.
Our first year students would now be getting ready for their
summer internship. I would urge you to extend your support
to NMIMS, Indore in as much as you have done to Mumbai,
Bangalore and Hyderabad campuses in the past.

SVKM’s NMIMS is a deemed to be University located in

Today NMIMS is recognized in India as one of the
organization practicing excellence and nurturing
management professionals and technocrats with high
degree of credibility.
In its ambitious program to extend its quality education
across the country a new campus has been established at
Indore- Commercial centre of Madhya Pradesh.
At this campus our main goal is to excel in knowledge
building, humanity and character building. This can be
made as way of life as we are a very young campus.
We have one of the best campus infrastructure with all
state of the art infrastructure facility and competent faculty.
Innovative pedagogy crafted to prepare students to take

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Indore
campus is one of the youngest member in the NMIMS
family. NMIMS has been at the forefront of creating

Placement Process
NMIMS Indore follows a rolling recruitment process for both Summer Internship and Final
Placement (in the year 2019). The student placement committee under the guidance of
Placement Team manages the complete placement process right from corporate
interactions to pre placement talks (PPT) and coordinating all recruitment related activities.
NMIMS Indore has excellent infrastructure and facilities to conduct recruitment process
smoothly.
Summer Internship Programme:
The Summer Internship, an integral, compulsory part of the academic curriculum at NMIMS
Indore, is carried put before the start of the II year of PGDM programme. SIP amplifies the
student’s perspective by providing an exposure to real life organizational and
management practices under the expert guidance of industry mentors and supervised by
assigned faculty members. Selection process commences from August.
The duration of Summer Internship is 8 weeks commencing from the first week of April 2020.
Final Placements:
Final Placements for the graduating batch commences in the 5th trimester of their course.
This helps students to acquire all the necessary skills required to face the corporate
challenges. Students will be available to join from April 2020. Selection process will
commence from August 2019.
