ENAMEL BLACK = 2 GAL, RED OXIDE= 2 GAL, PAINT TAINER= 1GAL. , PAINT
ROLLER #8= 2 PCS., PAINT BRUSH # 2=6PCS., SANDING PAPER # 120= 10
PCS. ) NEEDED FOR THE REPAINTING OF LELEMAAN MULTI - PURPOSE HALL.

WHEREAS, The newly constructed Lelemaan Multi- Purpose Hall was re-
established on 2013, financial assistance was derived from the Office of Former President
Simeon Benigno C. Aquino III, thru Honorable Florencio D. Abad, former Secretary of the
Department of Budget and Management thru the intercession of the Honorable Kim G.
Amador, Mayor of the Municipality of Manaoag;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lelemaan, spearheaded by P.B. Richard
F. Mendoza, in its upmost aspiration has recognized and proposed the repainting of the
aforementioned establishment;
WHEREAS, insufficient IRA funds of the Barangay defray the necessary expenses
for the repainting of Lelemaan Multi-Purpose Hall, thus it has been agreed upon by the
Sanggunian to look for ways by seeking assistance from Honorable Crisanto M. de Guzman,
Municipal Kagawad of Manaoag, to allocate funds (Php 15,000.00) for the materials needed
for the repainting of Lelemaan Multi-Purpose Hall.

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, upon motion of SB member Benjamin

G. Vinuya and seconded by SB Member Michael F. Tadeo it was;
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI- PURPOSE HALL AS THE
PRIORITY PROJECT OF THE BARANGAY AS LISTED IN THE ATTACHED AIP FORM NO.
5, AMOUNTING TO ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP 1,000,000.00) TO BE FUNDED UNDER
THE BARANGAY BOTTOM-UP BUDGETING PROJECT IN FY 2017.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Assembly was held on 20th day of March 2016, attended
by the Sangguniang Barangay Members, Lelemaan Barangay family, Lelemaan 4P’s
recipients, representatives of the different Civil Society Organizations and Barangay
constituents;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Bottom-Up Budgeting Project, among others, was

discussed during the Barangay Assembly;

WHEREAS, the List of Priority Projects prepared and approved by the members
of the Barangay Development Council (BDC) was presented before the above-mentioned
attendees;

WHEREAS, majority of the barangay assembly members present identified and

agreed that CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI- PURPOSE HALL is the priority project of
the barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jesus F. Ballesteros and jointly

seconded by the rest of the Sangguniang Barangay members present, it was:
