The following outline is provided to describe key qualities, traits, or characteristics of the
nominee.

1) Describe how the nominee demonstrates excellence in the area of research. Give
specific examples:
The nominee served as an oral presenter in her action research entitled “Second
Language Learning Project of Grade 8 Students among Public Secondary Schools in
Lipa City Division” last 2018 Conference of Basic Education Researchers SouthEast
Asia. She also presented an action research entitled “Proposed English Language
Activities for Grade 8 Students in Lipa City Division” last RACE Philippines 2019. Both
of her papers were published in the two research conferences that she attended. She
was also a lifetime associate member of Ascendens Asia International Researchers
Club. Way back in college, she was also awarded as the Best Thesis among their class
and competed in the 2010 FAITH Student Research Competition. The nominee also
presented a thesis in her masteral last November 2018. She also attended a school-
based in-service training on developing action research.
