Issue
Symptom:
Following the incorrect published torque specifications for bolted connection on the QSK95
cooling system may result in snapped bolts on installation.

Use the following torque specifications for the fittings on QSK95 cooling system.

Bolt Torques (Lubricated as per installation manual: Loctite C5-A or equivalent)

5/8-11 Grade 5 - 149 Nm (110 ft-lb)
3/4-10 Grade 5 - 271 Nm (200 ft-lb)
M24-3 Grade 8.8 - 552 Nm (407 ft-lb)
U-bolt Nut Torque
3/8-16 Grade 5 - 50 Nm (37 ft-lb)
Previously Published in Manual- Incorrect Bolt Torques
5/8-11 Grade 5 - 203 Nm (150 ft-lb)
¾-10 Grade 5 - 407 Nm (300 ft-lb)
M24-3 Grade 8.8 - 732 Nm (540 ft-lb)
