A. Prepare wet mount slide of onion skin cells
You will be give piece of onion
1. Remove the thin transparent membrane
from the inner surface
2. Place flat pieces of this membrane on
glass slide
3. Cover the membrane with drop of
water and cover glass

B. Observe The Slide Under Microscope
