TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

My thanks to all those who supported my election campaign in their various ways despite many
who had promised to provide logistic and other support were no where to be seen.
.
While the number of votes were never to the level I otherwise achieved without an election
campaign it did however result that many, including farmers, are now more aware that State land
taxes are unconstitutional and I received already feedback that many will continue the fight against
these unconstitutional state land taxes and other issues. Hence, the election campaign did have
benefits.
.
Regretfully the election campaign was so to say hijacked by the Australian Greens while claiming
to oppose the freeway (in Banyule) they actually assist the very person who desires a freeway to be
elected.
.
Out constitutional system is hijacked and so in particular also our elections where the daily
newspapers are giving all their coverage to the leaders of the political parties and so I was
disadvantaged from onset by this because it was all about ALP versus Liberals and not about the
real issues.
.
The VEC (Victorian Electoral Commission) then played its part to undermine my election
campaign will no doubt will have a court sequel.
.
I have been in enough elections to know that it is very hard to succeed as an INDEPENDENT
candidate but nevertheless believing in the cause did so again and I do thank those around Australia
who did provide their support in various ways.
.
As Dr John Myers (Bentleigh, INDEPENDENT) also made clear we all as INDEPENDENTS
should while remaining INDEPENDENT work together for the cause. We should have an
“INDEPENDENT alliance” where material is provided at cost basis for all INDEPENDENTS.
.
While the electoral system doesn’t allow anyone to vote for a Premier or for that for a political party
the truth is that most people do go to polling boots and fill on their ballot papers to vote for a
political party and who shall form government. As such they are so to say brainwashed to vote in a
certain way rather then to look at the capabilities and competence of each candidate.
.
It is a shame that there were people causing damage on a daily basis to an estimated $10,000.00
value of my election material besides setting fire to another candidates caravan and election frame
as this now is a form of terrorism we can well do without but we must focus on the positive side
that the message was going out that we do want to return to out constitutional and other legal rights.
.
Do keep in mind that my legal battle with the Australian Electoral Commission spanned some 5
years and I didn’t give up and in the end comprehensively defeated it and this just proves that with
determination and a firm belief one can achieve what otherwise might appear to be impossible. This
is the message I have spread for some 30 years when with MAY JUSTICE ALWAYS
PREVAIL® assisting those who contemplate taking their own lives out of sheer desperation and
then can get them to see there is so to say light at the end of the tunnel.
We need to stand united (as Lyn Bennetts always make clear) and this is very essential. I do urge
however everyone to consider that it is useless to complain about whatever if you are going to vote
(wherever you are) for the very political parties that caused the harm.

Caretaking Premier John Brumby made known that he heard the message from the electors but then
he didn’t mention a single item what he was going to change! So it really fell onto deaf ears because
all he was on about doing better what he planned. Therefore the election result didn’t change his
plans a bit. All he is on about is to continue with the plans that the electors clearly opposed.
.
People should also be aware that for every primary vote they give to a candidate then this candidate
is likely to receive about $2.25 or more provided the candidate gets more then 4% of the votes.
Well, I didn’t make this and so gets nothing but still neither does the taxpayers pay it then to the
political parties, whereas those who voted for a political party in both houses by this authorized
about $5.00 to be paid to the political party. Meaning the political parties are standing to reap
millions of dollars from the taxpayers. Hence the political parties can afford to have expensive
advertising campaigns at cost of taxpayers. And they call this a fair and proper election?
In time to come I intend to publish more about this as we must restructure elections back to the
basics as to what is constitutionally permissible so that the INDEPENDENT candidate has a proper
opportunity to get elected.

In the past weeks I have thanked many for their assistance but also want to thank Robert & Anton
who have in their own way been of tremendous support in the election campaign.
.
We do need an INDEPENDENT alliance so never again we have people promising their support
but not showing up on the day of election, but that there is a central organization team that takes
care of logistics needed wherever. I was flooded by emails offering support and people asking me to
phone but then get people demanding I reserve parking facilities if they do turn up whenever they
happen to come. This is not support but wasting my valuable time and so in the end I gave up on
this.
Frank turned up on the time I had stated on the published list and so was there as needed and Marg
just campaigned on and on well aware of the importance of matters. But trying to cover 14 polling
stations with just three people is not something that can be done appropriately. With most electors
polarized to chose to a political party rather then to the candidates then this made our work very
difficult indeed. Still we did our best.

Ironic is that despite the grey-vote somehow I found that no matter my attention to the problems at
hand the elderly vote for a political party and not a candidate. As an elderly women made clear she
despised the candidate and held he was useless but her family always voted for that party and so she
would do it again. Meaning that when people vote in such manner they are inflicting more of the
same upon themselves but then expect others to assist them in their battles. That is why an
INDEPENDENT alliance is needed which can promote the causes of INDEPENDENTS better so
that electors will be more aware of the benefits of INDEPENDENTS candidates.

Obviously I cannot do without thanking my wife Olga for her support in it all as while she was from
onset much against it (the election) she changed dramatically when she discovered how so many did
let me down and how people were destroying banners/posters time and again and we spend (despite
her age) many a night in the rain replacing banners/posters. What can be more romantic then people
driving past when my wife and are seem to be in the rain cuddling a light pole or a tree to fit posters
on it? They just may have thought that we had lost our marbles where they couldn’t see we were
trying to put a poster/banner onto it.
Then we had where the difference of being a male or a female also much was an issue as my wife
needing to use certain facilities had me driving to the nearest place (several kilometers away) being
a McDonalds store only to find they had closed off their facilities at midnight. So the race was on to
get somewhere else. In time before the car would be flooded on the inside. Finally we made it to a

service station despite being already locked up nevertheless allowed to use the facilities and did my
wife bash down the door to get in! So to say the little old lady was a formable force to reckon with!
Those and other such incidents are never to be forgotten and while we were not “singing in the rain”
but we just carried on despite of the rain.
.
