Installation:
1. Connect two Blue wires to the main supply
2. Disconnect the wire from motor switch and connect it with one Red wire.
3. Insert the second blue wire into the motor switch from where you disconnect the wire
4. Keep the three sensor wires as shown in the diagram (i.e. White at the bottom L3, Yellow at the level where you
want to start the motor L2, Green at the top of the tank where you want to stop the motor before over flow L1

Operation:
1. Keep the main power switch and motor main switch to on position to automatically control the water pump.
2. Motor will automatically start if the level of tank goes below yellow wire
3. Once the tank is filled upto Green wire the pump will stop and the green LED on the controller will get ON
4. If you don’t want to control pump motor automatically then switch off the button on the controller. then you
can control the motor for the motor main switch.

Installation:
1. Connect two Blue wires of controller to the main supply
2. Disconnect the wire from MCB in the starter and connect it with one Red wire as shown in diagram at point 1 .
3. Insert the second Red wire into the MCB from where you disconnect the wire
4. Put a loop at point 2 as Shown in diagram
4. Keep the three sensor wires as shown in the diagram (i.e. White at the bottom L3, Yellow at the level where you
want to start the motor L2, Green at the top of the tank where you want to stop the motor before over flow L1
Operation:
1. Keep the Controller power switch and MCB ON position to automatically control the water pump.
2. Motor will automatically start if the level of tank goes below Yellow wire
3. Once the tank is filled upto Green wire the pump will stop and the green LED on the controller will get ON
4. If you don’t want to control pump motor automatically then switch off the button on the controller. then you
can control the motor for the MCB.
* Note: If your motor can’t take start without starting capacitor then you have to connect AC starting relay along with
the controller so as to connect the starting as well as running capacitor to the starter.
