Being a Fighter by spirit: Activist by mission: Jat by birth: Cobbler by profession: Humanitarian by choice:
Gandhian by vision & action, raised regular issues with the Government in public interest, in past I played master
role behind omitting a financial scheme under PMEGP, promoting elephant teeth articles, amending Negative list of
KVIC, now I come up with another issue, restoring ethics of Gandhian Ideology & philosophy, because:

1. KVIC functions are against its Negative list, under CLASS: 29 of Trade Mark, KVIC proposed meat,
fish, poultry and game, meat extracts, preserved, dried and cooked fruits and vegetables, jellies, jams,
eggs, milk and milk products, preserves.
2. Published in Journal No. : 9999-4 Dated: 25/10/2003, confirmed that KVIC is a owner of the
SARVODAYA word, which involved in above said activities, Certificate No. 409012 Dated : 12/08/2005,
besides it renewal of this activity trade mark, duly applied & renewed up to 2029, which is shocking &
against the ethics of Gandhian Ideology & philosophy.

Prayers:

1. Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises may depute some senior officers to inquire the whole
matter, holding responsibly with dismantling all structures against the ethics of Gandhian Ideology &
philosophy.
2. Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying may direct AWBI to prepare draft of Advisory for
educational purpose, under section 9 (k) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 related to Non
Violence - Ahinsa.
3. Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying may direct AWBI to prepare draft for regulation
purpose, under section 10 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 related to Non Violence -
Ahinsa.

Egg etc, violent products, never match with the philosophy of Khadi Gramodyog, even Slaughter Houses with their
bye products covered under Negative list, besides it without policy, some tainted group of anti social elements,
spoiled the Sarvodaya mission, hence supply me the complete information with noting sheets, related to certificates
obtained under class 20, 29 & 30 under Brand Savodaya & amount spent to obtain these certificates, their th renewal as
well, further supply me:
1. Under Class 29, Brand Sarvodaya, KVIC obtained, renewed till 2029, to trade meat, fish, poultry, meat extracts,
preserved, dried and cooked, eggs, Certificate No. 409012, supply me complete details about these items,

justification with months wise sale - purchase of these items, since beginning till date.
2. Under Class 30, Brand Sarvodaya, KVIC obtained Certificate No. 275152 to trade Tea, Coffee, which is under
Negative list, supply me complete details about these items, reasons & justification with months wise sale - purchase
of these items, since beginning till date.
3. A). Khadi & Village Industries Commission, have valid Brand SARVODAYA, to trade Horn, Ivory under Class
20, Certificate No. 536768, KVIC IC amended its Negative list, after WCCB directed them to omit Ivory articles under
PMEGP, supply me complete details about complainants with copy of WCCB directions along with concerned
noting sheets, related to orders passed to omit Ivory scheme, amendin
amending negative list.
B). Possession of Ivory article prohibited, supply me complete details about ivory, their articles in possession of
KVIC
C). Supply me complete details, about Ivory articles traded under Class 20, Certificate No. 536768 along with
justification,
