Good in communication skills, patience and passion because these are the most important in the field of teaching
especially in dealing with childrens.

Ako po ay si Hannah May Salarza at nagtapos ako ng Senior High School sa mataas na
paraalan ng Siari John H. Romer. Isa sa mga taglay kong abilidad ay ang akong kahusayan sa
pagsulat ng sanaysay at pakikipaghalubilo sa mga tao. Ako ay may mahabang pasensya, matiyaga
at masipag na mamamayan. Ang dedikasyon at pasyon ko sa pagtuturo ay ang susi upang
maturuan ko ang mga mag-aaral at makabubuo ng magandang relasyon sa isa't isa. Simula bata
pa lamang ay pinapangarap ko nang maging isang guro.

I've realized that it is not easy to choose your Top 3 priorities. It's very challenging and difficult to choose out of the 15 choices.
I think a hundred times in what will be my first three priorities. I evaluate and scan them carefully so that I am assure to myself in
what are my priorities in choosing a college course.
3. What do you think are the factors that you have to considered in career planning?
The factors that I have to considered are Employment Opportunity, Financial Capability of my parents, Global Opportunity, High
paying job/profession, personal interest/skills, mental capacity, personality, prestige, social responsibility and health because
"Health is Wealth".
1. Did you find it difficult to identify if the given factors are advantageous or disadvantageous for your chosen career? Why do
you say so?
I found it difficult because I got confused of the pros and cons in each factor. This made me hard to assess the given factors.

have my skills that I can use in my goals. I am sad with my weaknesses but I know that we all have weaknesses in life.

I think it's manageable through avoiding it particularly in using cellphone. Manage my time well to prevent this.

that it's challenging and there are so many projects and performances that you have to do and you need to be

I found it fun specifically in finding the correct arrangement of the letters and I enjoyed it.
2. What do you mean by the symbols you used in your logo? A goal is anything—an object or
situation—that we think we need or want. It may be something we want to do, what we want to be,
or what we want to have. The logo symbolizes your dream profession and the procedures in
achieving your goals in life.

I will feel nervous because I know in myself that I cannot answer the exam correctly.

It will affect my score and grade. I will not pass the exam and I will get low score.

I find it enjoy because it made me think on what are the profession/vocation present in our society.
2. What professions/vocations were present in the communities? What were missing?
The professions are teachers,lawyers,engineers,nurses and doctors. The vocations is priest only. I
think the pilot and flight attendant are the missing professions.
3. What do you think will happen if the community lacks professions/vocation? I guess it wouldn't be
called a community because when we say community, it is composed of institutions and every
institutions there is a profession or vocation.
4. How does planning/setting goals relate to the activity?
If you want to plan for your life and career, you have to consider your goals and align them to
activities that would lead to their realization. Setting your goals is a major component of strategic
planning for life and profession.

1. How do you set achievable goals?
Goals must be SMART, meaning specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. The
STAR method may be used to complement your SMART goals. STAR stands for specific, time, areas,
and reflect.
2. Why do you need to use SMART and STAR in writing your life and career goals?
Writing your goals exponentially increases your chances of meeting them and with the use of SMART
and STAR helps you to achieve your goals.
3. What is career planning? How can it help you as a Grade 11 student?
Career planning is a continuous process of learning and developing in the chosen field. It focuses on
making informed choices in managing and organizing your profession and vocation.
4. How will you implement your life and career plan?
You should consider the factors that are getting in your way and those that are leading you toward
your goals. I will make it as a step or procedure in achieving my goals.
