1. Insert appropriate SIM card in the GSM-350 communicator slot

to activate MMS messages by server (MMS containing video slides)

1. Enter the USER SETTINGS

4. Use keys >> and <- to select desired MMS phone number to be programmed, for example 1st SMS/MMS
and press <OK>
5. In the option Telephone num. use keys >> and <- and select MMS Events and press <OK>
6. Use keys >> and <- to select desired event group to be send by MMS, for example alarm and press <OK>
7. Use keys >> and <- to select MMS telephone number to be programmed, for example 1st SMS/MMS and

8. When display reads Telephone num.press <OK>
9. Enter MMS telephone number using numerical keypad, than press <OK>

To software “factory default” the panel (Soft-Reset will not reset the master installer code or user code. A soft-
reset will reset the zone programming etc. All devices will be deleted.)
1. Enter Installer Mode
2. Scroll through the menus until you see FACTORY DEFLT, press <OK>.
3. Display will show <OK> to restore, press <OK>.
4. Display will show ENTER CODE, enter the master installer code.
5. Display will show PLEASE WAIT... for a short time, after which the factory defaults will have loaded.
6. The display will revert to FACTORY DEFLT.

To hardware “factory default” the panel Powermax (A Hard-Reset will reset the Master installer code to 9999 and
the user code to 1111.The procedure for the Powermax Plus uses the RST pins instead of the DEF pins.)
1. Remove the mains power to the control panel
2. Open the control panel and disconnect the battery
3. Identify the 3 pins marked DEF
4. Fit a jumper across the D and E pins
5. Apply battery power to the panel for approximately 10 seconds
6. Remove battery power from the panel
7. Remove the jumper from the D and E pins
8. Re-connect the battery
9. Close the panel and apply mains power
