PRE – NUPTIAL AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Pre – nuptial Agreement, entered into by and between William


Balong and Kath G. Tabo, both single, of legal ages, Filipino and residents of City
Camp, Baguio City, Philippines and Central Saddle, Philex Mines, Tuba Benguet,
Philippines respectively, witnesseth that:

1. The parties hereto are about to enter into the contract of marriage on
June 8, 2016;

2. They hereby agree that the regime of Complete Separation of


Property shall govern their property relations as future spouses during
the marriage;

3. All the property, whether real or personal, owned or hereafter to be


owned by the future husband, William Balong, shall remain to his own
exclusive and separate property, and is subject to his sole disposition,
administration and enjoyment; while those of the future wife, Kath G
Tabo shall likewise remain to be in his own absolute ownership,
disposition and administration.

4. All earnings from their profession, business, or industry shall likewise


belong to each future spouse;

5. The future spouse shall proportionately bear the expenses of the family,
including among others, the rearing and education of future children
that may be born or adopted during the marriage;

6. This agreement shall take effect upon the celebration of the marriage.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed their names this 18th
day of February, 2016 at Baguio City, Philippines.

JOINT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the City of Baguio, Philippines, this 18th
day of February 2016 personally appeared: William Balong with PRC Reg No.
1918911 issued on February 8, 2013 at Baguio City, Kath G Tabo with SSS ID No.
01-0688366-8, known to me and to me known to be the same persons who
executed the foregoing Articles of Incorporation constituting of two (2) pages,
including this page where the acknowledgement is written, and they
acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and voluntary deed.
