Enrolling iOS Device in AirWatch

1. Receive email with Apple App Store AW agent link.
2. Start the App Store app on your device and download the AirWatch Agent app.

3. Find the app on your home screen and start it

4. Enter Your ABB email address in the Email field and tap the Continue button for the next
step.
5. Enter Your name (email address) and password (AD password) and tap Done button.
6. Select appropriate device ownership and tap the Continue button.
• Corporate Dedicated –if the device is provided to you by ABB and you are the sole user
• Corporate Shared –if the device is provided to you by ABB and you share it with other users
• Employee Owned –if the device is your private property

7. Read and accept terms of use tapping on Accept button.

8. The AW Agent app will close and device will open Safari browser window.
9. As soon as the MDM profile is downloaded the installation will commence.
Tap the Install button when prompted.

10. Confirm the installation when prompted.

11. Enter a four digit passcode and confirm the entry when prompted.
• Remember Your passcode !!
• Users that already have passcode can use their current one.
12. Read and accept MDM terms of use.

13. When profile is installed tap the Done button.

• Depending on Your assigned user group(s), more then one profile might be pushed to Your device.
• The instalation procedure is identical to what described in steps 9 and 10
14. Device will switch back to the Safari browser and show You the installation status.
Tap the Continue button.
15. Grant the AirWatch Agent app the device Location Services use permission.
• This enables some important functionality in the case Your device is stolen/lost or in an emergency.
• It also enables some very useful capabilities, like GeoFencing-ability to provide special services based on user location.

16. Your Device is enrolled!

17. After enrolment, new icons will appear on Your home screen. Device Management utilities.
• Enterprise App Catalog
• Enterprise Bookstore
• Self-Service utility
18. Some apps will be automatically pushed to Your device, based on Your personal profile, user
group or location.
• You will be prompted to confirm installation of public apps, internal app will be delivered to Your device automatically based on you user
profile..
