Enclosed are spread sheets listing the expenditures, the blue-lined bank statements that the Committee provided the Board of Elections, correspondence from the candidate admitting that he used campaign money for personal use, as well as the Board of Elections forensic audit of the three reports, ‘The Board of Elections is concerned that the personal use of funds extends back at least to January 2017 as there are reimbursements to the campaign account in excess of $24,000 in August 2017, but only $9000 in personal use of funds in July/August 2017, leaving $15,000 in reimbursements not accounted for.
