NOTE: Additional buy out of property (if SAME BUYER) after this
transaction will still be THRU under Mr. Ryan P. Nacianceno.

Buyer – Ridley Bell (Proprietor, Mountain Blue Farms, Pty Ltd) THRU: EPIFANIA LERIO YRURE,
DENNIS DORADO CANEJA AND CYNTHIA FAUSTINO ESPIRITU.

NOTE: Actual inspection of the land will be inspected by : Ms Ceres Biag (Research and
Development Technical Officer Blueberries Variety Farm.

This authority to sell is on a first-come first-serve basis only.

Hold-Over Clause: Should the buyer/s of the authorized agent/s be the party to whom the property
is sold beyond the period of validity of this authority to sell, the brokers/agents shall still entitled to
receive the professional/overpriced fee. It is also understood that all information regarding the
negotiation and sale of the above described property/ties shall be relayed to the authorized agent.

Professional Fee: In excess of the selling price (Php1,500.00) will be given as professional fee
and will be for the account of Mr. Ryan P. Nacianceno.
