HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
General Requirements:
• Completed GCE O’ Level or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in English.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain inventory lists for all flats and accommodation.
• Handle colleague welfare ad concerns related to rooms and privacy.
• Daily check in the accommodation for anything unusual to be noted and reported to
the Head of the Department (HOD) and Human Resources Department.
• Complete room check log sheets on a daily basis.
• Arrange rooms for new colleagues as per the SOPs.
• Be aware of the departmental targets and objectives.
• Report incidents in the accommodation and report immediately to the HOD and
Human Resources Department.
• To report any maintenance problems observed either in the patient’s rooms, guest
room or around the hospital immediately to the HOD.
• To assist when required with the cleaning of patient rooms and guestrooms.
• Maintain a high guest and staff service focus through a can do, flexible and helpful
attitude.
• Provide VIPs a consistent attentive service.
• Deal effectively and courteously with all staff, guests and patient’ complaints/
requests and ensure to refer to the HOD when necessary so follow up is actioned
accordingly.
• Help minimize costs through proper usage and handling of Hospital property and
equipment.
• To liaise with Guest Services Manager as and when required.
• To be fully conversant with the Hospital Emergency and Evacuation procedures.
• Maintain a sales aptitude at all times and be fully conversant with all facilities and
services provided within the Hospital for upselling and promoting to maximize sales
and revenue for the Hospital.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management and HOD.
