General Requirements:
• Completed GCE O’ Level or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in English.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
