SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JESUS B. BALAGOSA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.

Santiago, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint, JENNY B. DEALLO, of legal age, Filipino and also a resident of Brgy.
Santiago, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, to bw my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us
and in our name, place and stead, and perform the following things and acts to
wit:

1. To process, negotiate, administer and enter into any agreements and

contracts with regards to a parcel of land with Lot Nos. 5567 and 5568
covered by the Transfer Certificate of Title No. 0-11-095 situated at Brgy.
Santiago, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo;

2. To facilitate, transact negotiate, execute, sign and receive any documents

necessary or to pay any obligation in order to facilitate the above transaction
before any government agency including but not limited to the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources, Registry of Deeds, the Department of
Agrarian Reform and the Bureau of Internal Revenue;

3. To do, sign, pay and execute any obligation, documents and other writings of
whatever nature or kind, with any and all third persons, entities or concerns, in
relation to the aforesaid acts, upon terms and conditions acceptable to our
said attorney-in-fact;

4. To sign and receive any documents necessary or to pay any obligation in order
to facilitate the above transaction;

5. Such other matters as she may deem beneficial to me.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the our said attorney-in-fact full
power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper done in and about
the premises as fully do if personally present with power of revocation, and hereby,
ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
