Terms & Conditions

1. Fee once paid is NO N-REFUNDA BLE. 2. Service tax or any other levies as applicable will be charged extra. 3. Cheques/DD has to be issued in favour of LITTLE
MILLENNIUM EDUCA TIO N PV T LTD. 4. Any cheque, if dishonoured will incur penalty of Rs. 500 per cheque. 5. Little Millennium Education Private Limited will not be
responsible/entertain any claims /disputes/ refunds of receipts issued manually by the centre. 6. Non-Payment of fees will lead to termination from the programme. 7. Invoice is
issued at the time of admission. Receipt/s will be issued by the centre as an when the payment is made. 8. Security deposit will be refunded without interest charged at the time of
leaving the school subject to clearance of fees. 9. Additional charges will be applicable on Winter & Sports Uniforms. 10. Management reserves all rights to change rules and
regulations without prior notice. 11. The Franchisee is solely responsible for running the center & towards the conduct of the center and other incidental activities at the center at
all times. 12. Fee towards Day care, Hobby Classes & Van facility is additional & at the sole discretion of the Centre. 13. Please contact the centre for clarifications on the
additional fee charged apart from the ones in Invoice. 14. All rules & regulations applicable at the center should be strictly followed. 15. ID card needs to be carried every day to
the center. 16. Parents are responsible for maintaining center timing to bring the child into the center. 17. If the child reaches center early, parents should not leave him/her
alone until the facilitator takes charge. 18. The center authorities should be informed about the identity of the person who will be bringing and taking the child from center every
day. 19. The Center expects the child to attend center regularly. If the child remains absent for more than 2 days, parents should inform in writing. 20. No child will be allowed to
leave before time. 21. An extra set of clothes should be kept in the child's bag. 22. No parents are allowed to enter the corridors of the center during center hour without prior
permission. 23. No parents are allowed to enter the class with his/her child. 24. Do not distribute gifts to individual children. Also, avoid giving sweets, chocolates & other food
to children individually. 25. Parents should read the notice-board from time to time regarding upcoming activities and events in the center. 26. It is pertinent to participate in the
monthly Parent-Facilitator meetings conducted by the center. 27. Parents are also requested to be a part of the Parent's club activities to work as a partner with the center to
create awareness in the society. 28. Any queries / grievances will have to be directed to the Chief Learning Officer (CLO). 29. Parents will be mailed the E-receipt on the
registered email Ids. Please contact the centre for Hard copy of the invoice/receipts. 30. The fee charged on the head of student kit is inclusive of 2 pairs of uniforms and the
