Dhanya powder – coriander powder

Haldi – turmeric
Jeera – cumin seeds
Suji – Semolina
Amchoor – dry mango powder

1. HYD TOAST
(bread, oil, potato, bhujia, green chatni, tomato ketchup, salt and red chilli powder)
 Boil potato in cooker(3 whistles) with water OR oven(covered bowl- 6min)
 Cut bread from all sides
 Peel off the skin after 5 min and mash the potato
 Add salt & red chilli powder and mix it
 Spread mashed potato on the bread
 Heat the Tava/ Flat pan & spread some oil
 Put the bread on it (mashed potato side on the tava)
 Flip it after 2min after both sides gets a little brown
 Take it out and put green chatni, sauce & bhujia on it.
 Now eat

2. SUJI TOAST
(Suji, milk, malai, salt, red chilli powder, tomato. Onion, capsicum and oil)
 Put 2 spoons of Suji/Semolina in a bowl and 4 Spoons of milk & malai
 Mix it and leave it for 5 min
 Cut bread from all sides
 Add salt & red chilli powder in suji paste and mix it
 Cut one onion, one tomato and half capsicum into small pieces and then mix it with the
suji paste
 Spread the paste on the bread
 Heat the Tava/ Flat pan & spread some oil
 Put the bread on it (suji side on the tava)
 Flip it after 2min after both sides gets a little brown
 Now eat

6. CHUDAPULAO (Poha/Flattened rice)


(Poha, potato, oil, mustard seed, salt, red chilli powder and sugar)
 Put 1 cup of poha and 2 cups of water in a bowl and rinse properly (not more than 2 min)
 Put poha in chalni/sieve and leave it for 5 min
 Peel the skin off the potatoes and cut it into small square pieces
 Wash the chopped pieces using chalni
 Heat the kadai/ wok & put two spoons of oil
 After half min, put rai/ mustard seeds and wait till they start cracking
 Then put in the chopped potatoes and fry it for 5min(brown colour)
 Now put poha in and mix well
 Now add salt(1 spoon), red chilli powder(1/4th), sugar(1/2th) and half a lemon
 Now eat

7. ALOO PARANTHA (1 cup of flour = 4 pc)


(wheat flour/ataa, potato, salt, red chiili powder and oil)

 Make dough of 1 cup of wheat flour(add oil & water and knead it) and cover it for 5min
 Boil 4(M) potatoes, peel off the skin and then mash them
 Now add sale & red chilli in the mashed potato and mix it
 Roll the stuff in small balls
 Make a roti from the flour dough, put mashed potato ball in the middle, then cover it
from all sides and finally make it into a roti again (TAVA)

8. PANEER PARANTHA (Same as 7.)(paneer instead of aloo)

9. TOMATO ki CHATNI
(tomato, sugar, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder/dhanya, oil)

 Take 6 tomato and put them in the mixer


 Heat the kadhai(M) and put in oil(1 spoon), jeera/cumin seeds(1/2th spoon)
 After oil gets hot, put the tomatoes in with salt(1/2th spoon), red chilii(1/2th spoon),
coriander powder(1/2th spoon), turmeric powder/haldi(1/4th spoon), sugar(2 spoon) and
water(1/2th cup).
 Mix it well and heat at medium for 5min
 Now eat

10.SABZI(ANY)
 Heat the kadhai on slow flame and put oil(1 spoon), jeera/cumin seeds(1/2th
spoon)
 After 30 sec put in chopped onion and fry it for 1min
 Now put chopped tomatoes and fry it for 1min
 Now put water(1/2th cup), salt, red chilli, coriander powder, haldi/turmeric
powder and mix well.
 Now put in the chopped vegetable that you want to eat and heat for 5min

11.ALOO PYAZ KI SABZI


 2 onion, 2 potato, ½ spoon salt, ¼ spoon turmeric/haldi, ¼ red chilli, ¾
coriander/dhanya powder,(ginger and garlic powder – 1pinch if found)
12.YELLOW DAL
(1 cup dal{yellow moong/mung dal, tuvar/pigeon pea}, salt, turmeric powder, ghee,
cumin seeds, red chilli)
 Wash the daal 2-3 times
 Put 2 glass of water in cooker/wok and put in the dal
 Add 1s salt, ½s turmeric and close the cooker
 Heat on med and leave it 6-7min/4-5whistles
 Now switch off the gas and leave it for 10minto cooldown, then open the lid
 Put 2s ghee in frypan and then put jeera
 After it gets brown, switch it off and put red chilli ½ spoon and then pour the
dal in the frypan

13.RICE
 Take 1cup rice and wash it
 Topia/big bowl me water boil kro (2glass) and put in rice
 Boil it for 5min on medium heat and keep checking if its ready or not
 Chalni me rice dalo after its made and throw the water away

14.SOOKHA ALOO KI SABZI


 Take 2 potato and cut them into small pieces after peeling off the skin, then
wash them.
 Take a frypan and put in 2spoon oil and after it gets hot, put in ½ spoon jeera
 Then put aloo, 1s salt, ¼s haldi, ¼s red chiili & ½s dhanya
 Mix it, cover it, slow the gas, after 1min mix it again and repeat the process 1
more time
