Job Responsibilities: Our all Vehicle in FORCE MOTORS LTD.

Responsibility for all the vehicle in the district & rectify the vehicle
problem and short out the problem. Responsible for Warranty claims
with vendors. Responsibility for uptime of the ambulance.
Responsibility for the fuel utilization. To extend support to district team
for organization social events (Vehicle launching, Awareness campaigns,
beneficiary meet etc). Responsibility for identifying and enhancing
business relation with local vendors (Spare parts dealers, workshop,
tyres & batteries supplying agencies, fuel filling stations and agencies).
Responsible for the scheduled servicing as recommended by the vehicle
manufacturers. Responsibility for the prompt processing of the
insurance claims. Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager
promptly. Disseminating the information, processes and policies to the
filed staff (Pilot). Inventory management at district and ambulance level.
Responsible for record maintenance and report generation. Trend
analysis of key vehicle attributes (fuel efficiency, cost of maintenance,
tyre utilization, break downs and accidents). Responsible for
coordinating and executing regular training modules for pilots
(Educating and enhancing skill levels of pilots). Supporting HR team in
recruitment activities. Responsible for statutory compliances of vehicle
documents. To cooperate with visitor and audit teams. Maintenance of
imp rest amount handles by the pilot. Prompt submission of bills related

to Fleet operations. Timely data updation in Fleet Applications (Fleet
Management System – FMS).

the vehicle to confirm source(s) of service repairs. Estimating the cost
and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer's
schedule. Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer
satisfaction standards. Periodically checking on the progress of the
vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians
discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional
work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed
.Encouraging technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic
technical training on new systems and components offered by the
automotive manufacturers. Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer
warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the
factory representatives. Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index
(CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints
immediately and according to dealership policy.
