Defect between 0 and 3” in length/ width (0 to 8 cm) – 1 (One) point

Defect between 3.1” and 6” in length/ width (8.1 to 15 cm) – 2 (Two) point

Defect between 9” in length or the full width (23 cm) – 4 (Four) point

 FABRIC INSPECTION
Fabric inspected and record based on 4 point system
Bahan di inspek dan dicatat berdasarkan pada 4 point system
Fabric defect should be identify marked with stikers or marked with barbs on selvage
Fabric defect harus diberi tanda dengan stiker
All rolls are checked againt approved color standard WHBM/ Chico’s required light source
Semua roll di check berdasarkan standar warna WHBM/ Chico’s dengan light source yang ditentukan
Machine inspection speed should not exceed 25 yds/minutes
Kecepatan mesin inspek tidak boleh melebihi 25 yds/ menit
Minimum 10% of each fabric shipment should be inspect
Minimal 10% masing-masing fabric harus di inspek
All knits and stecth fabric must be allowed to relax before cutting a minimum 24 hours is recommended, failure
to allow full relaxation will result in differential panel shrinkage and subsequent garment rejection

Inspect shading from roll to roll, shading from beginning to end of roll, check side-center side shading
