TEG - P/E/I/T/St/Saf HOOKUP WORKSHOP Minute Of Meeting

Project No: N0510

Project Title: EPC CONTRACT FOR TYRA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The TEG hook-up workshop was conducted from 26th to 29th of August with Company and MDR engineering / hookup team
representatives. The below register identifies the discussion points and recommendations from Company with regards to Offshore hook-up
and associated work packages area.

The walkway will be installed later after all the piping spool are inplace.
Walkway - can be hinged type or lifted and installed, depending upon the length of the
walkway and clash check from the walkway. (to be aligned with T&I contractor)
Hook up to be finalized as per final cable ladder routing and lighting fixture.

beams below the laydown area.
Transport analysis of Piping including the piping connected to sensitive equipment and the
recommendations by McDermott to be discussed and agreed with COMPANY.
Vendor recommendations for the sensitive equipment and associated piping to be

considered while finalizing the transport analysis recommendations.
MDR to demonstrate the possibilty of adjustment of potential misalignment of sensitive
equipment piping after transportation and installation.

NODE 14_TEG : HOOK-UP WORK PACKAGE BETWEEN TEG PLATFORM TOPSIDE AND FLARE - NODE 14 (OFFSHORE INSTALLATION)
Flanged hook up spool to be provided for all flare tower lines.

reports confirming hookup strategy (straight lines - limited degree of freedom) for each

Concept for cable pulling for 50MT load as per SOW is agreed.
MDR has to clear the clashes and mature the design as per below:
Cable pulling volume clearance required is 300mm diameter all the way upto the winch. This

Height provided from top of flange to underside of pulley is 6.9m and considered adequate.

Current location of Winch shown on Level 4 -upper deck to be moved towards the south side

Winch clear distance from edge of platform will be 7m as confirmed by Company.

To ensure shielding gas eqipment and boroscopic inspection; provide Tee joints with blind
1 SS No. 29 Node-16 flanges on the Hook-up spool for the Fire water lines WF-7004 & WF-7005, the Tie-in PIP closed
connections are welded type.
To ensure shielding gas eqipment and boroscopic inspection; Flanged spools to be provided
