Subject: Standby Cost due to delays cause of lack of working area

Sir,

We would like to inform you that we will be charging standby due to delays cause of lack of
working area. Given that we only have a minimal area for installation of P300, it slows down
our accomplishment, limit our activities and lengthen the duration of the project.
We were on standby from August 6, 2019 to August 17, and minimal activities from August 23,
2019 to August 31 2019 because of the following issue; no operation of backhoe of San R
Construction Corporation, late time of dewatering, insufficient gas to run the water pump and
minimal working area and we are paying our manpower even we have no accomplishment at
site..
