Date of submission/mechanics: For items number 1&2 in a 1/8 size cardboard, Monday, November 18.
Items 3&4 till Friday, November 22.

5. Creative Magazine of different Individual and dual sports (at least 4 sports and 1 traditional
game/ laro ng lahi)
Content
a. Significant fast facts about; History/origin, rules, equipment, Governing body, play hacks/
strategies, current trends, skills/executions.
b. Personal training program which will developed Health and skill fitness
 Objectives and training techniques/ strategies to achieve the goal
 Principles of training
 Pre- assessment of SRF and HRF
 Post- assessment of SRF and HRF
c. Application of the training program
 Narrative report with documentation
 Minimum of 5 sessions
6. Simple testing/ mid assessment through 1 event game

Note: Student may consult the teacher for the execution.

Follow the phases, correct execution and the principles of training. If process not observed, 50% of the
total performance task will be deducted.
