ORDER
In the reference 1st and 3rd read above the Secretary, A.P. State
Election Commission, has stated that three major elections to (i) Gram
Panchayats, (ii) Mandal Praja Parishads / Zilla Praja Parishads (MPPs /
ZPPs) and (iii) Municipal Corporations, Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats
are to be conducted in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, he has
submitted the proposal to the Government seeking permission to fill the
sanctioned posts of 3 Special Category Stenographers and 1 Senior
Stenographer on outsourcing basis with a fixed monthly remuneration of
Rs.17,500/- since the Commission is facing acute shortage of Private
Secretaries and Stenographers.

2. Government have examined the above proposal and hereby accord

permission to the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh State Election
Commission, Vijayawada to fill-up the sanctioned posts of (3) Special
Category Stenographers and (1) Senior Stenographer on outsourcing basis
with a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs.17,500/- (Rupees Seventeen
Thousand and Five Hundred only) for each person, for a period of six 6
months only, subject to meeting the expenditure from the available
of funds with them, and also subject to condition that the further
extension cannot be given.

3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide

their U.O.No.FMUOPC(PRRD)/29/2019, date:03-06-2019.
