LEG BLASTER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

When you purchase a Leg Blaster (and/or Frank Zane Signature Calf Blaster and/or Right Angle Chin
and Dip Attachment), I become your personal leg training coach. Read, sign and date this agreement
and with payment as indicated on www.FrankZane.com and mail to Frank Zane Leg Blaster, PO Box
1964, La Mesa, CA 91944. Your Leg Blaster will be shipped to you 1-2 weeks from the date
of your order.

When you receive and assemble your Leg Blaster call me at 619-462-5300 and I will coach you on
how to get the most from using this remarkable device. This consultation is free of charge because I
want to make sure you get incredible leg workouts and use the Leg Blaster correctly. In exchange for
this personal service, you agree:

For valuable consideration, in connection with my purchase of the Leg Blaster, I acknowledge that I
am aware that certain risks and dangers are inherent in weight lifting and therefore, in the use of the
Leg Blaster. These risks include, but are not limited to, the possibility of injury to the legs, knees, feet,
torso, back, hands, arms, shoulders, and neck.

Injuries may occur whether or not the Leg Blaster is used properly and according to instructions. I
understand that the description of these risks is not complete and that other unknown or
unanticipated risks may result in injury, and perhaps serious injury. I agree to assume responsibility
for the risks identified herein and those not specifically identified.

Understanding the risks involved in the use of the Leg Blaster, I nevertheless hereby waive, release
and discharge any and all claims for damages, for death, personal injury, or property damage which I
may have or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of my use of the Leg Blaster. This Release
is intended to discharge in advance, Frank Zane, Christine Zane, individually and doing business as
the Zane Experience, their representatives, heirs and assigns, and Zananda Incorporated, its officers,
directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and employees, from and against any and all liability
arising out of or connected in any way with my purchase and use of the Leg Blaster, even though that
liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned
hereinabove.

Moreover, understanding that serious personal injuries may arise during my use of the Leg Blaster,
and knowing the risks involved, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and hold
harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned hereinabove who, through negligence or
carelessness, might be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. It is specifically understood
and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.

This is a Release and Waiver. I understand that I cannot sue anyone or any organization for injuries
that I might sustain at any time in the future as a result of my use of the Leg Blaster.
