ANANTHAPURAMU ULTRA MEGA SOLAR PARK (1500 MW)

Status of balance 750 MW (3 x 250 MW) Solar Projects at NP Kunta site of Ananthapuramu
Ultra Mega Solar Park (1500 MW) is as detailed below.

1 Balance 750 MW (3 X 250  NTPC has issued NIT on 09.03.2018 for selection of
MW) solar power developers for establishment of 750 MW
(3 X 250 MW) Solar Project under tariff based
bidding.
 Pre-bid meeting was conducted on 29.03.2018.
Technical bid s were opened on 18.04.2018. Reverse
auction was conducted on 09.05.2018 and the
following Solar Power Developers were finalized.

1. Sprng Energy Pvt Ltd (250 MW) @ Rs. 2.72/kWh

2. Ayana Renewable Power Pvt Ltd (250 MW) @
Rs. 2.73/kWh
3. Soft Bank Energy Solar Pvt Ltd (250 MW) @
Rs.2.73/kWh

NTPC has signed PSA with APDISCOMs on 04.06.2018

and issued LOI to the Solar Power Developers on
05.06.2018.

Commissioning Schedule: Land acquisition, laying of

roads and providing water supply were already completed
and construction of pooling stations for internal evacuation
is under progress and likely to be completed by
September/October 2019.
Solar projects of 750 MW capacities are likely to be
commissioned by October/November 2019.

Status of balance 500 MW Solar Projects at Galiveedu site of Ananthapuramu Ultra Mega Solar
Park (1500 MW) is as detailed below:

SECI has issued LOI to the following Solar Power
Developers on 16.08.2016 for establishing 400 MW solar
power projects (Open Category) at Galiveedu Mandal and
signed PPA on 16.09.2016.
1. FRV Solar: 100 MW
2. ACME Solar : 150 MW
3. TATA Power: 100 MW
4. Azure Power : 50 MW

SECI has signed PSA with APDISCOMs for supply of

500 MW on 27.10.2016.

Signing of ISA & LLA for Galiveedu Site as follows:

TATA Power: 100 MW on 30.03.2017
Azure Power : 50 MW on 20.09.2017
ACME Solar : 150 MW on 06.04.2017
FRV : 50 MW on 02.05.2017 and
balance 50 MW on 13.11.2017

Commissioning Details:

M/s. Azure Power: 50 MW commissioned on 05.5.2018.

M/s. Acme Solar: 100 MW commissioned on 21.06.2018

and balance 50 MW was commissioned on 05.07.2018.

M/s. TATA Power: 100 MW commissioned on

22.06.2018.

M/s. FRV: 50 MW on 22.06.2018 and balance 50 MW

commissioned on 08.10.2018.

Balance 100 MW (DCR): SECI was requested to finalize

solar power developers for establishment of solar project.
