The CRS200 common rail system tester is the testing equipment specializing designed to test common rail system. It
adopts ARM7 core high-speed 32-bits microcontrollers as master controller, responsible for collecting the signal and
control, it uses MSC-51 compatible microcontroller and dot matrix 5.7-inh LCD screen, to realize the exchange between

PQ2000 Common Rail Injectors Test Bench


PQ2000 it include two parts:
1. CR injector electronic tester
( common rail electromagnetic injector and piezoelectric
injector)
2. mechanical part
it can be used test the common rail injector—bosch, denso ,Delphi, siemens.
Product Function:
The CR injector tester is applied for CR system repair in three aspects:
(1) To test if the CR injector is still function
To connect a CR injector to a high pressure fuel source by a high pressure fuel line, and
to the CR tester by harness. The tester is set to continuous injection mode. The CR
injector is in normal condition, if it is capable to inject fuel under the driving signals by
the tester.
(2) To test injector spray atomization, To connect a CR injector to a high pressure fuel
source by a high pressure fuel line
and to the CR tester by harness. The tester is set to single injection mode to allow
observing the nozzle spray pattern to judge if the nozzle is normal or orifice plugged.
(3) Checking the Injectors return oil and injection oil.

EUI/EUP Tester /EUP/EUI Cam Box

The EUP/EUI repair tester consists of a mechanical cam box with specified EUP adapter kits and an electronic controller.
The cam box will be installed on a standard high pressure pump test bench. The EUP/EUI being tested will be installed

Main functions
