Welcome to the Inspire, Enthuse, Enjoy portion of the eveningʼs
entertainments. Tonight, weʼre going to go deeper into the following
queries:

1. “Iʼve started to undo myself, now what the hell do I do with all
this energy?”

2. “Sometimes I feel enthusiasm, sometimes I donʼt. What can I

do to get more of it?”

3. “How can I use my newfound connection to my body and life

force to overcome resistance and build a life around doing what
I love?”

4. “How the hell do I find out what I love?”

As always, if you have more questions, concerns, hate mail and love
notes, please send them my way at: garrett@radicalundoing.com

Iʼm going to deal with the questions by addressing the following
concepts:

1. How to let go of the past.

2. Finding and using inspiration and enthusiasm.
3. Overcoming resistance
4. What to do with your organic self: a few options.

I found freedom. I mistook it for a horrifying monster, so I

gave it away. Then I realized the monster is what I had
called myself. Freedom is the darkness I could never give
away. It is the absence of self at the center of my own
perception. Everything else is entertainment. –Mr. G

Finally, Iʼll cover new ways of approaching and dealing with:

1. Creativity
2. Love
3. Adventure
4. Work

All 4 of these serve you as you Explore and Expand your Mind
and Body to CLAW your way to the top.

The war between the true artist and Resistance is a war

without end, thankfully. Without Resistance, no artist would
ever get out of bed, let alone create magnificence on
perpetual display in the museum of life.
–Mr. G

As I repeat so often and fondly:

:::LETʼS GET STARTED:::

Find a place to park your rickshaw. Come inside and pull up a chair.

The show is about to begin.

HOW TO LET GO OF THE PAST

Now that youʼve found yourself, or even better, found out that you
have no self, the real work begins. Letʼs pretend for a moment that
youʼve gotten deep into your body. Youʼve done a lot of face
stretching and some other radical undoing exercises. Youʼve felt the
simultaneous magnificence and horror of life in a body, and youʼve
really started to enjoy it.

NOW WHAT?

Now itʼs time to take responsibility and create a life out of nothing.
What does that mean? It means that you have no morality, no
template of fixed responses to the circumstances of your life and no
real basis for making decisions anymore.

You used to let fear guide you. Yes, you did. Now you donʼt even
have that as a guide anymore. The great absurdity of life and death
are one and the same to you. Without a constant fear of death, how
can you make any movements? How can you make any decisions?

Many have fallen from this precipice into lives of depravity, boredom,
sociopathy. This isnʼt necessary. You can spare yourself those fates.

But how?

By letting go of the past…anchoring yourself firmly in your body…and

following joy and awe wherever they may lead you. The treasures of
life are within your reach. Wrap your arms around yourself and you
have found what every earnest seeker has sought. Close your eyes

and stare into that profound darkness. Everything you find there is
yours to keep forever.

GHOST MAGNETS

Whenever you find yourself becoming a willing victim of past

circumstances, events, people, places and things, try to locate these
items in your immediate surroundings.

Do you see them anywhere? Can you pick them up and hold them?

No. They are ghosts and nothing more.

Every time these ghosts of yours show up to haunt you, look around
and try to find them. Yes, there might be items in your home that
keep the ghosts anchored there. Identify these items by how you feel
when you look upon them. Then, exorcise your area by destroying the
items. When it feels the worst, youʼre gaining the most power.

Once you banish these ghost magnets to your local garbage abyss,
they can never haunt you again. This is the beginning of letting go of
the past: ridding yourself of the magnets you use to hold it in place.

It could be anything: a shirt, an old photo, a letter, a book…

You know what Iʼm talking about. You know how things make you
feel. When they make you feel “bad,”

GET RID OF THEM.

If you want to take this exorcise to the next level, deliberately place
new items in your home, office, and everywhere else you consider
your domain. Make every item count. Choose things that inspire and
enthuse you. Letʼs call these: MIRRORS OF JOY.

Fill your spaces with mirrors of joy. Feel how these items fill you with
excitement. Hang them on your wall. Wear them. Read them. Enjoy.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 7

This is what the New Agers wish they could understand when they
tell you: LIVE IN THE PRESENT. The present is an ever-fluctuating
stream that you can embed with codes to enhance your experience.

Create a space you can really love and enjoy, and that space will
feed and nourish you constantly.

Fill it with sorrowful items, and thatʼs what youʼll get for dinner every
night.

For Gawdʼs Sake, Feel Good!

(For your information, the last sentence brought tears of joy to my

eyes. Yes. Can you feel it?)

CAN YOU HELP ME FIND MY INSPIRATION?
(I remember it sitting over there on the desk by my keys)

We’re going to keep on killing these bastards until someone

tells me who stole my lust for life.

Itʼs no big secret that most people are bored to death with their lives.
There are endless reasons for this, none of which Iʼm going to deal
with here. The answer to “Why?” is always, “Because.”
Now you know.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 9

Unless you are reading this from beyond the grave, you probably still
have a little bit of inspiration sneak up on you throughout the day. The
problem is, you havenʼt made the effort to act on it.

You might tell yourself that youʼll remember that great idea, write that
poem or song, build that website, do that painting, ask that girl or guy
out, cook that great meal, find that lost ark, drink from that grail, etc
etc etc ad infinitum:::: LATER.

LATER is the great killer of enthusiasm, inspiration, motivation and,

ultimately, JOY.

THERE IS NO SECRET IʼM ABOUT TO REVEAL.

Did you ever feel excited about an idea and then write it down so you
could remember it later? Did you come back to it later, only to find out
it wasnʼt shining like a fucking star anymore? Thatʼs because the idea
was a part of an organic, dynamic moment. It wasnʼt just the words
on the DO LATER list…

When you feel inspiration, the time to run with it is RIGHT AWAY.

If you have circumstances telling you that you CANT, either scrap the
circumstances or grab hold of that inspiration deep within you and
take action on it in the next possible moment.

That doesnʼt mean you have to paint the Mona Lisa right at that
moment, but it does mean you have to take some kind of action. By
taking immediate action on your seed of inspiration, you help it to
grow.

This has (probably way more than) two effects:

1. You will be FAR more likely to follow up on the inspiring idea.

2. You will tune in to more inspiration throughout your days.

When you feel inspired: for gawdʼs sake, TAKE ACTION no matter how small.

ONE DAY, RESISTANCE, I WILL KILL YOU
until then…

I shall never cease to give you battle.

War is started, if you want it. –J. Lennon

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 11

Iʼm stealing this idea from an author I like. Iʼm stealing the idea of
stealing from authors I like from a radical book-publishing collective I
enjoy. Can you name the author and the book publishing collective?
Write in to garrett@radicalundoing.com with your answer and get a
free undoing session over Skype.

(Iʼm not worried. You wonʼt write in. The dark side is strong with you.)

Resistance is a force that lives inside and outside you. You can feel it
rising up every time you go to take action toward something you love.
It whispers into your ears from inside your mind,

Havenʼt you got other things to focus on? What about work? What
about paying your rent? What will they think? That is such a stupid
idea. Youʼre not a writer.

Sometimes, when you start to make battle with it, resistance uses
your own voice against you.

Iʼm not a writer. I canʼt come up with anything good. I canʼt draw. I
canʼt write a good PDF. Iʼm a miserable failure. What will they think of
me? How will I ever go on? I might as well kill myself.

But, like any eternal demon, resistance can be banished long enough
for you to get done what you want. In this case, what you want is to
find and hold onto inspiration long enough to overcome inertia and
dive into your organic flow.

There are two items you can wield against Resistance:

1. Your Shield: Inspiration/Excitement/Enthusiasm

2. Your Sword: Focused Awareness/Concentration/Attention

Do that long enough, and you just might end up discovering and
creating YOUR LIFEʼS WORK.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 12

As you expand and grow, Resistance grows with you. It doesnʼt get
less powerful. It gets stronger. Do you know why?

(no, the answer isnʼt “because,” …smart ass.)

I think I'm still tryin’ to figure this crap out

Thought I had it mapped out but I guess I didn't
This fucking black cloud still follows me around
But it's time to exorcise these demons
These motherfuckers are doing jumping jacks now!
-R. Holland, after conquering Ganon the 4 th time

Resistance, that most faithful friend of yours, will always be waiting to

leap out at you when you least expect it, and when you most expect
it. Either way, youʼre going to have to deal with it somehow.

The fucking pitiful hilarious thing about it is that all you have to do is
sit down and get to work. Focus your awareness and follow your
inspiration. Use your sword and shield constantly. Everything besides
following your inspiration is :::::: RESISTANCE.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 13

Once you undo yourself and start to enjoy the personal horror of your
freedom, the only task that remains is not really a task at all. Let go
and follow your inspiration. Everything else can go to hell.

THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS IT SOUNDS

But, it is easier than you make it seem. Yes, Resistance, Iʼm talking
to YOU.

Whenever you find yourself NOT focusing on something you enjoy,

you know resistance has taken over. Whenever you have trouble
focusing your attention or simply enjoying the benefits of being alive,
resistance has you trapped in an ambush of the most insidious sort.

The times when Resistance seems the most powerful are the same
times when you will gain the most power by overcoming it.

Letʼs hear that one again:

The times when Resistance seems the most powerful are the
same times when you will gain the most power by overcoming it.

Think about it. Feel it. Know it. Live it.

Once you come undone… once youʼve moved beyond your body
armor, your deep tensions, your life of conflict and trouble, you realize
youʼve only ever had ONE enemy.

That enemy is Resistance.

Resistance is…… YOU.

Not the real you, because the real you is a black cloud of nothingness
that creates everything like a fucking IMAX movie projector combined
with a virtual reality helmet and bodysuit.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 14

Resistance is made of every idea and belief youʼve ever had about
yourself. Yes, even the so-called “good” ones. Once you have no
more ideas about yourself,,,, well, you tell me what happens next.

All Iʼm saying is:

Sit down. Follow your inspiration. Do it over and over. Keep doing it.
And whatever you do, enjoy the process. Enjoy the success. Enjoy
the failure. And by Enjoy, I mean infuse the situations with joy.

Itʼs really that simple.

All it takes is a recorder, a tunic, a curious woman and a

beautiful glade and you’ll have Resistance sitting happily at
your bare feet. -Goethe

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 15

Now that youʼre organic, what the hell do you want to do with
your life?

The choice has really been yours all along, even when it seemed like
you had no choices at all. You chose to not see them. Surprise!

The funniest part of whatʼs about to happen here is that I canʼt really
tell you anything. Iʼm just a lighthouse or a foghorn calling you in from
sea or helping you get your bearings as you set out on your next
journey.

But, Iʼll still give you some ideas, because thatʼs what Iʼm here for.

The ideas are going to follow this list from earlier in the pamphlet:

1. Letʼs Get Organic

2. Work
3. Love
4. Adventure
5. Creativity

Now that you realize youʼre a wild beast trapped in civilized human
skin, what will you do next? Disneyland isnʼt a bad idea.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 16

Anyplace is as good as the next, but to really treat yourself, get out
into a wild place. Lakes, rivers, forests, deserts, oceans, prairies and
islands come to mind. They will nurture you and help you get in touch
with the deep organic parts of your own nature.

Go out into rain and feel it hitting your skin.

Experience moonlight shimmering across trillions of snowflakes as

you cross a frozen lake deep in the northern forests at midnight in
December.

Row a canoe out to sea and feel it rocking with the waves underneath
you.

Surf.

Swim.

Dance.

Howl.

Be silent and find real darkness.

Listen to the organic roar of traffic in your city.

You get the idea. Experience things fresh. Just like with the sense
and feel meditation, no interpretations, just notice whatʼs going on.

Enjoy the Peace of Free Space/Time as often as you can.

Thereʼs some right above this paragraph.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 17

REATIVITY

Yes, you will start to feel more creative the more you do the radical
undoing work. Use everything else Iʼve written in the earlier parts of
this pamphlet to get in touch with your creativity.

The root of creativity is “CREATE.” Strange but true.

Follow that inspiration of yours and create things. That exercise

above about getting rid of Ghost Magnets and replacing them with
Mirrors of Joy is an act of re-creating your own surroundings.

Each object in your life represents some feeling in your body and
thought in your mind.

Use those as your tools for creating your masterpiece.

Explore different types of art. Claude Needham once took me to his

stone sculpture studio. He revealed to me that I already knew how to
sculpt stone; I just didnʼt have the tools yet.

After about an hour, I had experienced what it felt like to help a shape
emerge from a block of rough stone.

I realized at that moment that I had never even thought of sculpting

stone. It was off-limits to my mind and imagination.

The same thing happened with making charcoals.

I never thought of myself as a charcoal artist. Then one day, I took an

online charcoal workshop on E.J. Goldʼs Justin.tv website:

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 18

I made so many charcoals that day my fingers were bleeding by the
end of it.

Resistanceʼs biggest trick is hiding creativity from you by keeping you

from exploring your options.

Some great aides in your battle against resistance are art teachers,
community college and university craft centers, local recreation
centers, adult education centers and local artists who might be willing
to help you remember your own creative nature.

Get out there and find as many different ways to express yourself as
you can. Youʼll never be GOOD or BAD at it, and it really doesnʼt
fucking matter. What really does matter is expressing your creativity.
The end product is NOT ART. Instead, Art is the process of focused
awareness and creativity.

The joke is on the buyer, who purchases the excrement of the

creative process. By expressing your creativity, you already WIN.

OVE

When asked how he had lived such a long, rich and fulfilling
life, the wise sage Kenny Rogers replied,

“You need three things in life: Something to do, Someone to

Love, and Something to look forward to.”

This brings us to LOVE, a favorite topic of mine. Yes, love is

mysterious, elusive, even indefinable. Somehow, we all want it, and
we all seem to have some idea what it is.

Once you start living the life of the body, love gets even better. Youʼll
know it when you feel it. Love extends to friends, family, relationships,
and even to you.

When you finally feel a deep admiration and love for Resistance,
youʼll know the greatest joys imaginable…and beyond.

The game is yours at that moment.

The basic advice I have for you here is to get rid of what you donʼt
love and find more of what you do.

Look for it. Seek it. Donʼt be afraid to risk everything for it.

When you find it, youʼll know. Your body will help you identify it.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 20

Love transcends everyday concerns and bullshit. It transcends the
greatest distances and has the robust and invincible force of
inspiration to overcome ALL ODDS.

If itʼs not love, it will fail when things get rough. If it is love, it will
overcome even the most ridiculous odds.

Some of the biggest and most successful businesses in the world

were built on love. Can you believe that?

Explore love in whatever forms you find it. Expand outward from
there. Find love in every day of your life. Itʼs there waiting for you.

Listen to the song, “True Love Will Find You In The End,” by Daniel
Johnston.

Donʼt give up until true love finds you in the end. I donʼt care what you
think I mean by this. Just find yourself some love and enjoy it!

DVENTURE

Riley and I are huge Indiana Jones fans. The first movie I saw when I
was a kid was Raiders of the Lost Ark. I saw it with my parents and
sister at a drive in Movie Theater in a field one summer in central
Minnesota.

I fell in love with the adventure. Underneath all of the paperwork,

books and University life, Henry Jones Jr. became Indiana Jones, the
swashbuckling, unshaven hero.

Not only that, but he kept on saying that all religious artifacts “belong
in a museum.” This serves as a not-so-subtle reminder that adventure
is the purpose. The artifacts are only there to drive the adventure.

That holds true in your own life as well. Itʼs not so much the material
objects and success that youʼre after. Instead, the goal is to have
adventures and to feel alive. Chase after symbols if they fill you with
inspiration, but know that inspiration is the goal, not the capturing of
the symbol.

Say this line if you ever forget:

What I want is not what I want. What I want is the wanting.

Enjoy what you find.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 22

Do you think all adventure is removed from modern life? You might
be correct, if youʼre a complete fool. Look at astronauts. Theyʼre
having the adventure of a lifetime, or so it seems.

There is plenty of adventure left. You can explore everything from

your own mind and body all the way to the abandoned parts of your
city or town. You can get deep into the wilds of this planet. Sail a ship
across the ocean. Take a bike ride somewhere youʼve never been.

Adventure awaits just under the surface of your daily life. In fact, your
daily life is already an adventure. You just forgot.

Watch the Indiana Jones movies for inspiration. Then go out and
create your own adventures. Every. Single. Day.

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 23

If you need some guidance about where and how to find adventure,
try some of the following activities:

-Rock Climbing
-Martial Arts (Jeet Kune Do and other reality based arts, NOT forms
for the sake of formality.)
-Dancing
-Surfing
-Ocean Swimming
-Long Hikes into the Wilderness
-Climbing Trees
-Mushroom Hunting
-Fishing
-Exploring unknown places

Make your own list and do it.

Adventure always includes uncertainty and excitement. Make sure

your adventures do too. If you know where it ends up, itʼs not an
adventure.

By the way, exploring a love partner can and should be a profound

adventure as well. Enjoy it.

ORK

Yes, all too often, work is a four-letter word. Well, itʼs always a four-
letter word, but you get the point. Or maybe you donʼt. Letʼs move on.

Iʼve gone over this before, and if you want to go more into depth,
youʼre going to have to get a Spirit of the Entrepreneur session and/or
get a copy of the Esozone Codex from http://radicalundoing.com

Letʼs refer to work as whatever it is you do for money.

Ask yourself this simple question:

Would I still do my job if I didnʼt get paid for it?

99% of people surveyed screamed “NOOOOOOO!” and jumped out

of an office window.

What the hell is wrong with this picture?

Youʼll know soon enough once you get in touch with your organic
body. Instead of using your mind to rationalize and justify all the
things youʼd rather not be doing, youʼll FEEL overwhelmed with
disgust, which will help you stop doing things you donʼt enjoy.

You already know if you like your work or not. You donʼt need me to
discover that for you.

Instead, Iʼm here to tell you that you have other options. They might
seem scary and foreign, but you have them.
You have three basic options to choose from:

Copyright 2011 Garrett Daun and Command Z::: 25

1. Find a different job you enjoy more.

2. Start freelancing on the side by working for clients you enjoy

doing tasks you enjoy.

3. Do some kind of business. Teach people how to do things

that you love doing. AND/OR Create products and services
based on the activities you love.

You can also learn how to invest, scheme and hustle to create
systems that feed you with money and power, which you can then
use to create more joy.

This is it. Get started today.

“You must always have a secret plan, son.”

CLAW your way to the top with

Creativity
Love
Adventure and
Work

Combine Creativity, Love, Adventure and Work to build an amazing

and legendary life you may have never thought possible. It really is
possible to have a deeply fulfilling and satisfying life.

The key is to get in touch with yourself, break apart everything that
holds you back, start expressing your authentic nature against all
resistance, love as much as possible, do work that excites you,
create all the time, and, if possible, find someone to share the journey
with.

Yes, Radical Undoing will improve your sex life, but thatʼs not what
this is all about. Itʼs easy to find people to have sex with. Itʼs a lot
tougher, and a hell of a lot more rewarding, to find a partner to create,
love, adventure and work with. Sex is great; perhaps even one of the
greatest parts of this waking dream, but itʼs even better when you do
it with someone who shares in your unique journey.

This becomes obvious when you start sharing in the undoing work
with another person, but thatʼs for another course on another day.

If you want to become a Command Z trainer someday, get in touch

with me at: info@radiclaundoing.com and let me know. We have
some very special training in store for those who make it through the
gauntlet.
