having entry gate from store towards Gym as well as parlor.

Parlor sets as it is and front side gym will be shifted towards back side basement
and front side gym space would be used as new store.

In both scenario, New store need to be open in front view.

Business Roadmap

 Try to get 3 sides open shops or at least 2 sides open shops.

 Wall of the shop should be made of glass so that customers can view it from
distance.
 The LED display board of the shop should be bright in color with good lighting.
 Your shop should be visible from the main entrance.
 Prefer shop which is on the ground floor.
After doing these all, here are several things to include in your business roadmap:

Customization- Customers will like your services if you will offer them what they
exactly want. Offer the best customization facility to customers by tying the bond
with professionals who can give attractive and as-described customization facility.
Also, try if you can do customization by yourself.

Gift arrangement in Advance- You can increase your business opportunities by

arranging gifts for particular occasions in advance. For example, if Valentine’s day
is arriving in a month, prepare and arrange gifts suitable for that occasion in
advance so that you can earn comparatively more in that duration. Similarly, you
can do preparation for other occasions and festivals such as Christmas, Diwali,
New Year, etc.

Keep Inventory Cycling- Inventory management must always be controlled and

monitored. The best way to ensure this is to rotate your products. At the very
least, most items should be cycled through seasonally. Try to mix up products in
other ways, too. A/B test a select array of items to see which sell better at
different times or in different areas of your store.

Price Setting- In order to get the best sale results and profits, effective pricing is

Last with not the least as our store has surrounded with 2 hotels and gym/parlor
some last minute stuff can make it useful.

Motors of Treadmills : All Treadmills are in poor condition, unable to inclined or

declined due to having Delta motors for drive machine. Actually two types of
motor used in treadmill AC and DC.DC is used in home as it is much quieter, AC is
used for commercial purpose having operated with dedicated power .Further
motors are divided into Y type & Delta type. Generally Y type machines should be
used in gym due to inclined/declined property.

Inclines : As machines are getting old ,need to be replaced for smooth running.
Minimum 10% but higher is better. At present Treadmill are running just straight
due to having Delta type motor.

Low Impact Deck : Shock absorption required for back and all joints.

Frame : Frames of machines getting dull( with tapping). It should be made of high
alloy steel or heavy aluminum.

Now how to returned back/retain existing customers:

Revitalization : It costs approx. 12-13 lacks with renovation overall as discussed

with staff members.

Signup Goal Process: The said goal need to be followed while joining as training
goal/any medical suffering etc.

Push Messages : Push notification messages need to be flowed regularly.

Survey/Feedback: It has been checked out in regular interval.

Turn Gym into Community: Allow members to complete with their friends or
peers on weekly/monthly basis.

Also create challenges around members to encourage more group related

workouts.

Marketing: There is no use of marketing until renovation & investment. (No

marketing has been done since last 6 months. Proper marketing should be done
through various platforms. Refer-a-friend system is good thing as current
members are the best sales person.
Return of Investment
It takes 12-14 months if old previous customers returned back as well as with new
customers. Current member count is too low we have to invest much for
acquiring new one as acquire new member costs more than retain existing
member.

Customer Breakdown
Customers moved another new high-tech gyms surrounded with same package
too. Currently approx. 40 members are active as compared to previous count
about 150.

Lack of Enthusiasm
Due to deficiency of customer count staff moral become down and feel
reluctance during seasons. Enthusiasm acts as a driven force that pushes them to
take action and pursue goals.
**Some more points have been observed**
 Conflict in team members.
 Discipline deficiency.
 Some ground rules need to be set and prioritize the areas of conflict.
 Some required daily used stuff are not in stock.
 Currently only one pump in Sewage for base ment, 2nd pump is not
working since last 3 years.
