TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY

A. Location
The store location shall be located at one of the stalls in the University Of Mindanao-Matina
Campus Food Court beside Toppings Food Stall. The said area will be rented for an amount of
Php**. Below is the proposed location of the business.

Facility Lay-out
The facility layout is designed to support the smooth operation of the business. The countertop
will serve as a display and claiming area of all the finished outputs. There are designated places for
every services that the business is catering. There would also be owner’s area, which some business
related transactions would be catered.

The printing and other services will be conducted through the following supplies,

D. Conclusion
Feasibility Study has verified the technical aspect of the proposed project and this includes the
location, facility layout, supplies, machineries, and equipment needed, suppliers and breakdown of
costs. The location and facility lay-out of the business is clearly viable because it is convenient for
students, it is located in the center of the university, and students visit it often. Machineries,
equipment, and supplies needed are also viable due to its availability in the market. Concerning
our chosen suppliers, it is also viable because all of them can supply the machineries, equipment,
and supplies needed.
