One day Restaurant 4s 5s breafed with all employees before the

restaurant opened. The manager entrusts his assistant to inform all employees
to carry out joint breafing in the manager's office.
(Pada suatu hari Restaurant 4s+5s melakukan breafing bersama seluruh
karyawan sebelum restaurant di buka. Sang manajer mengamanahkan kepada
asistennya untuk mengabari seluruh karyawan untuk melaksanakan breafing
bersama di ruangan manajer.)

Manager: Assalamu Alaikum....

Manager : Assalamu Alaikum....
Secretary: Wa'alaikum greetings, yes ma'am. Is there anything I can help?
Secretary : Wa'alaikum salam, iya bu. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?
Manager: Okay, tell all our employees to breafer before the restaurant opens.
Manager : Baik, beri tahu seluruh karyawan kita lakukan breafing sebelum
restaurant dibuka.
Secretary: Yes ma'am, I will update all employees.
Secretary : Baik bu, saya akan mengabari seluruh karyawan

Then the Secretary informs all Employees of using Mobile via Groub WA
that breafing will be done in the manager's room before the restaurant is
opened. (Kemudian Sekretaris mengabati seluruh Karyawan menggunakan
Handphone lewat Groub WA bahwasanya akan di lakukan breafing di dalam
ruangan manajer sebelum restaurant di buka.)

Secretary: (secretary, begins to inform employees through Groub WA).

Secretary : ( sekretaris, mulai mengabari pegawai melalui Groub WA )

Then all employees go to the Manager's office to do a joint breafing.

and all employees have entered the Manager's room. Tok Tok Tok ...
(Lalu seluruh karyawan menuju ke ruangan Manajer untuk melakukan
breafing bersama.dan seluruh karyawan telah memasuki ruangan Sang Manajer.
Tok tok tok...)

Manajer : Yes, please come in and sit down.

Manajer : iya, silahkan Masuk dan silahkan duduk
Secretary : Good mom.
Secretary : Baik Bu.
Manajer : Okay, all employees and assistants here, I will say a few things that

Manajer : Oke seluruh Karyawan maupun Asisten disini saya akan menyampaikan
beberapa hal yang perlu kita perhatikan dalam melaksanakan tugas masing
masing.

Manajer : Apakah kalian sudah mengerti?
All Employees: Ready, understand ma'am.
Seluruh Karyawan : Siap, mengerti bu.
Manajer : Good, then, you can go back to your respective assignments.
Manajer :Baik kalau begitu, kalian bisa kembali ke tugas kalian masing masing.
All Employees: Good ma'am, Thank You (Assistants and All employees leave
their Manager's office returning to their duties and
responsibilities).
Seluruh Karyawan : Baik bu, Terima Kasih (Asisten dan Seluruh karyawan
meninggalkan ruangan Manajer mereka kembali ketugas dan Tanggung
jawab mereka).
 While the OG was cleaning the dusty floors and tables, suddenly a visitor
who appeared dressed neatly and beautifully was staring. The visitor was seen
getting off the car and starting to be greeted by security.
Disaat Sang OG sedang membersihkan Lantai dan Meja yang berdebu, tiba
tiba datanglah Seorang Pengunjung yang Berpakaian rapi dan indah di tatap. Sang
pengunjung terlihat turun dari Mobil dan mulai di sapa Oleh Security.

Security : Good morning mom, welcome to restaurant 4s + 5s (while opening the

restaurant door),
Security : Selamat Pagi ibu, selamat datang di resturant 4s+5s ( sambil
membukakan Pintu restaurant ),
Visitor : Yes good morning too mother.
Visitor : Iya selamat pagi juga ibu.
Security : (while walking and widening chairs for visitors) Please sit mom.
Security :(sambil berjalan dan melebarkan kursi untuk pengunjung) Silahkan
duduk ibu.
Visitor : Yes. Thank you ma'am.
Visitor : Iya.Terima Kasih bu.
Shopkeeper : (Walks up to the visitor and offers some menus) Good morning,
mom, can you help me?
Shopkeeper : (Berjalan mendekati pengunjung dan menawarkan Beberapa Menu)
Selamat pagi bu, ada yang bisa di bantu?
Visitor : Yes Morning, where is the menu?
Visitor : Iya Pagi, mana menunya?
Shopkepper : This Ma'am, (giving a menu to visitors)
Shopkeeper : Ini Bu, (memberikan menu kepada pengunjung)
Visitor : Fine, I want to order Batagor and Greantea (while pointing at the
menu).
Visitor : Baik, saya ingin memesan Batagor dan Greantea ( sambil menunjuk menu
)
Shopkeeper : Okay ma'am, wait a moment your order will be presented
immediately.
Shopkeeper : Oke bu, tunggu sebentar pesanan anda akan segera tersaji

Then, the waiter leaves the table and prepares the visitor's order. When
the visitor suddenly realized he had forgotten something in his car, visitors also
asked for help to the security to get the items in the car. Suddenly also through
an OG he was called by the visitor. (Kemudian, pelayan meninggalkan meja dan
menyiapkan pesanan sang pengunjung. Tiba tiba san pengunjung sadar ia
melupakan sesuatu di mobilnya, pengunjung pun meminta bantuan ke pada
security untuk mengambilkan barang yang ada di mobil. Tiba tiba juga lewat
seorang OG ia di panggil Oleh sang pengunjung)

Visitor : Hello, mom can I ask for your help?

Visitor : Halo, ibu apakah saya bisa meminta Bantuan anda?
Og : Yes ma'am, what's up?
Og . : Iya bu, ada apa?
Visitor : I forgot my subordinates' belongings, and I want to ask for your help to
call security to get my belongings in the car.
Visitor : Saya melupakan barang bawahan saya, dan saya ingin meminta bantuan
anda untuk memanggilkan security untuk mengambil barang saya di mobil.

Visitor : bisakah saya meminta tolong untuk ambilkan barang saya di mobil
soalnya saya tadi lupa mengambilnya.

Security : bisa kok bu,kami siap melayani pengunjung kami,kalau boleh tau mobil
ibu berada disebelah mana.

security : ok bu tunggu saya ambilkan.
Visitor : sorry to bother.
Visitor : maaf merepotkan.

security : Tidak apa-apa bu.
Security then moves to the parking lot to pick up the items the visitors lef
behind. Shortly afer the security arrived ... (Security pun bergerak ke parkiran
untuk mengambil barang si pengunjung yang ketinggalan. Tak lama kemudian si
security datang.......)

Security : This is the item, ma'am.

Security : ini barang nya bu.
Visitor : Thank you..
Visitor : terimah kasih ya..
Security : yes ma'am ..
Security : iya bu..
 The security lef the table and returned to work, afer which the visitor's
order arrived. ( Si security pergi meninggalkan meja dan kembali bekerja,setelah
itu pesanan pengunjung pun datang.)

Shopkeeper : Excuse me, this is your order! Enjoy your meal.

Shopkeeper : Permisi, ini pesanan ibu! Selamat makan.
Visitor : Yes, thank you. I want to order mineral water too.
Visitor : Iya terima kasih. Saya ingin memesan air mineral juga.
Shopkeeper : Good miss’s.
Shopkeeper : Baik ibu.
Shortly thereafer, the waiter came to bring visitors' orders Because the
floor next to the visitor is still wet and is stepped on by the waiter resulting in
the servant's foot slipping so that the order brought by the waiter is spilled
about the visitor's clothes. Cenggggg .... (Tak lama kemudian, pelayan pun
datang membawa pesanan pengunjung Karena Lantai disebelah pengunjung
masih basah dan di injak oleh sang pelayan mengakibatkan kaki sang pelayan
tergelincir sehinggah pesanan yang di bawa oleh pelayan tertumpah mengenai
pakaian pengunjung . Cenggggg.... )

Shopkeeper : Sorry mom, I accidentally spilled it.

Shopkeeper : Maaf ibu, saya tidak sengaja menumpahkannya.
Visitor : (With an annoyed expression) Ouch ... How do you do this work? Look

Visitor : (Dengan ekspresi kesal) Aduhhh…. Kamu ini kerjaannya bagaimanasih ?
Lihat ini! Pakaian saya jadi basah.

(Sekertaris mencoba meredahkan emosi sang pengunjung )

Secretary : Maaf ibu, pelayan kami tidak sengaja menumpahkannya ke pakaian
anda!

Visitor : saya tidak perduli itu, saya mau bos kalian ada disini!

(Tiba tiba sang OG pun Berbicara)

Og : Sorry mom, this is my mistake because I mopped the floor so much that the
servant's foot slipped.
Og : Maaf ibu, ini kesalahan saya karena mengepel lantai terlalu bsah sehingga
kaki pelayan ini terpeleset.
Visitor : Heyyy, shut up !!! I don't need your reason! Call your boss now.
Visitor : Heyyy, diam Kamu!!! Saya tidak butuh Alasanmu! Panggilkan Bos Kamu
sekarang.
Secretary : Okay ma'am, wait a minute I'll call my boss......
Secretary : Baik bu, tunggu sebentar saya akan memanggilkan Bos saya......

The secretary calls his manager.

Sekretarispun memanggil managernya.
