It is humbly submitted that:

Great Golden Circus playing on the AMC ground for personal gain & profit, it is confirmed
that AWBI suspended the animals & birds performance with circus, they needs immediate
confiscation for treatment, care & shelter.

Please find attached here with suspension order of AWBI for immediate compliance, prohibiting
animal abuse, restoring their five freedoms, booking circus owner with promoters for the violation
of different sections of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 with the Wildlife Protection
Act, 1972 & Biological Diversity Act, 2002 read with 120-B, 188, 268, 289, 409, 429, 428, 429 IPC as
all animals are not trained, threat to public life & property, operators & promoters of Circus
concealed facts, misguided, cheating officials breaching their trust as AWBI suspended the
performance of animals in 2016, preventing the misuse of biological resources, violating Guidelines
on Access to Biological Resources and Associated Knowledge and Benefits Sharing Regulations,
2014.
