LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

It is indeed a great pleasure to recommend Mr.B.S.R.Venu Madhav for admission into one of your
esteemed Graduate programs. He is one of the exceptional students I have encountered in my 25
years of teaching. I have had the pleasure of teaching him in 4th Semester and 7th Semester in Fluid
Dynamics and Finite Element Analysis respectively at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology,
Osmania University. He has shown a keen interest in materials sciences and its technological
applications in the manufacturing industry. His advanced skills and passion for the subject make
him an ideal fit for your prestigious graduate program.
Rather than just being an academically oriented person, Mr.Madhav finds himself as a practical
knowledge oriented person . Though Mr.Madhav did struggle to comprehend the course curriculum
at the beginning of the year, but his response to this is what really struck me. During his Second
year of under graduation he successfully completed his technical Internship in Hindustan
Aeronautical Limited (HAL) and submitted his mini project report on the alloys and materials with
their specific properties used in Aerospace industries. Mr.Madhav truly demonstrated a growth
mindset, by publishing a scientific paper on Alloys in his third year and he inspired his peers to
publish papers . He was more affiliated towards the understanding and implementing practical
approach in the field of Mechanical and Material engineering which is one of the major reasons for
his lack of interest in theoretical examinations. Recently, He has successfully published his second
technical paper under my guidance which dealt with the carburization of the Carbon alloy EN-8 and
their Mechanical Properties.
Apart from that Mr.Madhav's personal traits are as impressive as his technical accomplishments.
Being a part of college cultural clubs, he is an active, outgoing presence in the clubs with a great
sense of humour. Apart from his technical accomplishments he gained his handful of experience in
the domain of Management as a paid Management Intern in a Start-up incubator named as iB Hubs
for 6 months. Being one of his guide during his final year project tenure I have observed
Mr.Madhav is the perfect person to get a group project rolling. He also knows when to sit back and
let others take the lead. His cheerful nature and openness to feedback means he's always learning
and growing as a learner, an impressive strength that will continue to serve him well in college and
beyond. Currently he is working on Asia Pacific American Society of Mechanical
Engineers(ASME)-Human Powered Vehicle Challenge(HPVC)-2018, guiding the third years,
second years and playing a pivotal role in the designing and fabrication of the Vehicle.
Mr.Madhav has my complete recommendation for admission to your graduate program. He is a
trustworthy, reliable, good-humoured student and a friend who support others in and out of the
classroom. He has demonstrated excellence in all that he puts his mind to, whether it's conducting
research or collaborating with others, or while being a team player while playing games . It was a
pleasure to have him in class, and his positive attitude even in the face of adverse situations is
indeed an admirable value. I'm confident that he will continue to demonstrate the same diligence,
perseverance, and optimism that he exhibited here. He will definitely succeed in the course and will
homogenize well into the modern biosphere of education. Mr.Madhav is truly a stand-out individual
who will impress everyone he meets. I hereby recommend Mr.Madhav for his candidature for
admission into your prestigious university with full financial support.
