Teachers are called for a duty, and that is to teach the students and impart the
sense of responsibility, good attitudes, and personality. Like other courses or
degree, yes, it is a profession. Being professional takes a lot of effort,
dedication, sacrifice, and a long preparation. Teaching is something that needs
accomplishment, it is a mission. Whether a teacher considers teaching as
vocation, profession, or mission, the most important thing is the goal in
teaching. Initially, we can all combine these things together, as tool in teaching
and learning process. Teachers should know the importance and essence of
their existence inside and outside the classroom.

——-as a member of society, teachers should be a responsible individual to

impart his/her philosophies, morality, and values with the students and even
with the members of the community.
 TEACHING AS YOUR VOCATION, MISSION, AND
PROFESSION

Teaching is a VOCATION that is a calling from god.

Teachers are professionals that make it PROFESSION.

Teaching is a MISSION and not just a job.

Why do you want to teach ?

Teaching is one of the hardest courses or job in the world but if

you want to help others a child struggling with low self confidence,
lack of knowledge, and especially those kids that have nothing money
but they want to learn. Me, as a teacher I want them to encourage to
continue studying, and to help them in their problems as their 2nd
parents

How does a teacher's personality affect their success?

Of course as a Teacher you need to be flexible in all times, self

discipline and patience in your students. Teacher is making the
learners more affective by giving as a clear instruction and making
sure they understand the lesson.

How would you interact with the parents of students?

I believe that engaging with parents and making sure that they
have an active role in their child's success is vital. I give parents my
contact information so they can get in touch and ask any questions
they have about how their child is performing, and I also provide
updates about what my students have learned and accomplished and
education of the child is depend on the support of the parents.
What characteristics do students want their teachers to possess?

I believe that students want their teachers to be dedicated and

approachable, and they can tell when a teacher doesn't possess these
qualities. If students know you're working hard and want to support
them as they learn, they're more likely to succeed. For this reason, I
keep an open door policy at all times and strive to build rapport with
each student

How Do You Motivate Students?

Positive outcome is to keep a students motivated. I think giving

them a reward is better idea to the learners become energetic.
whatever I can tell students enjoy receiving, and it’s different for
everyone. I never want students to feel left out or overindulged, so I
always try to be fair and consistent with everyone. But it’s those little
moments of recognition I think that keep them happy and excited to
learn.

 LEARNING OUTCOME
Pipiliin ko magtagalog mas gusto ko kasi mas maibahagi ung
karanasan ko sa patuturo. Hindi madaling magturo lalo na
lung college din ung tuturuan mo, sa una nakakakaba pero
kapag nakuha mo na loob ng mga studyante mo mas madali
mong mahahawakann sila, mas madaling mapasunod. Unang
sabak ko na magsalita sa harapan nila na ganong karami 49
students sa isang klase nakakbulol nakakalito sa una lang
naman yan.
Sa lahat ng natutunan ko sa aking pagtuturo sa loob ng
campus, dapat may palabra de onor ka lalo na sa panahon
ngayon ang mga studyante madaling makatanda ng mga
sinasabi, wag kang masyadong seryoso sa harap nila baka kasi
mabored sila sayo at sa pagtuturo mo.
Masarap sa feeling na yung sobrang kukulit mong estuyante
napatino mo kahit papano, natututo making, natututong
sumunod sa oras at makipagcooperate sa iba nilang kaklase.
Pinakamahalaga natutunan ko ung nagkaroon sila ng
culminating sa badminton ung isa kong hawak na section
gusto gusto nila akong pumunta sa game nila dahil hindi daw
sila maglalaro kung hindi ako dadating, sarap sa feeling na
sobrang naaappreciate at pinapahalagahan ka ng students
mo. Be a nice Teacher and other people not as a teacher but
as a good person.
